Location: The complex is located in the heart of the so-called Bulgarian Golf Riviera. The apartments overlook Kavarna Bay, which extends from Cape Kaliakra to Albena and Golden Sands. Kaliakria Resort is located 55 km from Varna, Balchik is 9 km away and Kavarna - 7 km. The international resort of Albena is 20 minutes away by car.
Beach: Adora Beach is accessible by an eco trail or by car. Heros beach is the second closest beach –a 5 minutes away by car. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access.
Accommodation: The style of Kaliakria Resort is a combination of typical Mediterranean and local Bulgarian architecture. All apartments have a large terrace overlooking partial the sea, the gardens or swimming pool. The ground floor apartments have direct access to the garden and the pool. The two bedroom apartments are equipped with a fireplace. A total of 16 buildings with 3 or 4 floors each. Some buildings have an elevator.

STUDIO 2+0 BEST PRICE: Approximate area of 32 sq.m. and terrace 12 sq.m. overlooking the pool. The studio offers cozy accommodation for two with a double bed, fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, separate air conditioning, TV, bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Maximum occupancy 2 adults.

2-BR APP 4+1 / 4+2: Approximate area of 95 sq.m. and terrace 16-30 sq.m. overlooking the pool. The apartments offer two separate bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a sofa bed, separate air conditioning, a TV. Two bathrooms, each with a bathtub (bathtub and shower in some apartments) and underfloor heating. Maximum occupancy 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults.
3-BR APP 6+1 / 6+2: Approximate area of 140 sq.m. and terrace 60 sq.m. overlooking the sea. The apartments offer three separate bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a sofa bed, separate air conditioning, a TV. Two bathrooms, each with a bathtub (bathtub and shower in some apartments). Maximum occupancy 6 adults and 2 children or 7 adults.
