Ne am simit minunat la hotel Samara,am fost cazati intr un apartament cu 2 camere unde incapeau lejer 5 persoane ,mare ,spaios cu tot ce trebuie ,de la lingura la tocator ,paturile extrem de confortabile, 3 balcoane,se lua gunoiul zilnic,aternuturile le au schimbat a treia zi ,personal foarte amabil,piscina curata,linite, aproape de plaja,doar coboram scarile si ajungeam la plaja micua dar cocheta cu beach bar unde preturile erau accesibile. La capitolul mancare mai au ceva de lucrat,micul dejun cam la fel zilnic si cina de aemenea,putine feluri de mancare, dar a fost ok. Sigur vom reveni cu drag.

Sunt multe restaurante unde ospatarii vorbesc majoritatea limba romana. Se poate plati cu cardul i este cel mai avantajos. NU SCHIMBaI lei in leva pentru ca au un curs foarte defavorabil! Folosii CaRDUL! Locaia este foarte aproape de mare cu acces rapid pe scari sau 5-6 min pe drum. Peisajul este frumos, cu apusuri de poveste (rasaritul nu am reuit sa-l vad)

in opt zile de edere la Samara am constatat ca la recepie nu m-a intrebat ce fel de camera doresc (parter, etaj , vedere, pat matrimonial...), asta chiar daca hotelul era cam la 30% din capacitate. am primit o camera la parter, care la prima vedere parea ok. La momentul cand am vrut sa ma spal pe faa, dadeam cu capul de etajera i intrai ca in tunel. Daca doreai sa foloseti ua spre terasa/piscina, trebuia sa treci peste o treapta de circa 40 cm. La revenirea in camera era mai rau pentru ca daca nu sareai direct, riscai sa te impiedici de tocul uii i sa cazi. Menionez ca am informat personalul despre aceste aspecte i nu a venit nimeni din staff sa discute cu mine. Mancarea acceptabila, dar puteau sa fie macar nite salate. Curaenia a lasat mult de dorit. Nu a maturat nimeni nici macar odata in faa camerei, unde se adunasera frunze, pene, diverse tipuri de gandaci, iar in camera la fel, nu s-a aspirat deloc in opt zile de edere.

absolut totul a fost perfect in acest hotel! Curatenie, amabilitate, micul dejun delicios, preturi foarte bune, amplasare perfecta!

O mica problema: mancarea servita la bistro (neinclus in pret) este mancare congelata. Snitel congelat, nuggets congelat. Daca ar fi fost mentionat acest aspect in meniu, nu m-ar fi deranjat. Oricum la bistro meniul nu este diversificat deci nu ne-a deranjat, am servit o masa acolo de nevoie.

Hotel recent construit, camere frumoase, mic dejun bun, piscina OK, aproape de faleza si o plaja mica.

Rugam agentia sa intrebe turistii si sa noteze pe vouchet - sugestia hotel - daca doresc camera la parter, fara balcon, cu iesire in curte sau la piscina sau daca dorrsc camera la etaj, cu balcon. Nu recomand decat micul dejun, bun.

Hotel foarte curat, frumos poziionat (zona centrala, aproape de faleza, restaurante, plaja). Personal amabil i respectuos. in perioada cu 1 iulie, gradul de ocupare al hotelului era maxim. Piscina curata, bine intreinuta. Eu am avut un pachet turistic cu mic dejun (alimente bune, gustoase, clasice - mereu la fel, dar alimente proaspete, bune, frumos gatite - omleta, cafea de buna calitate. Cum ceream ceva la recepie, se rezolva imediat : curaenia din camera i schimbatul prosoapelor de la baie. Hotelul are parcare subterana, nu chiar suficienta ptr toi turitii, sar in vecinatatea apropiata se gasete uor parcare. Balciul ca i staiune este superba, cu faleze mari, frumos amenajate, cu lampadare i multe restaurante, terase, cafenele, o staiune foarte curata i un loc de promenada foarte frumos, foarte romantic.

Impresia negativa este : dei staiunea este moderna i foarte curata, la capitolul plaje nu sta deloc bine! au o singura plaja la mare i inca doua mai mici amenajate chiar in vecinatatea Castelului Balcic (in josul gradinilor). tot o impresie negativa : am cerut o cafea (era aproximativ ora 12 ziua) i am fost pusa s-o platesc! Nu vreau sa exagerez, dar nu cred ca prejudiciul era aa mare ptr o cafea!

Calatoresc des in Bulgaria, sunt a 4 a oara in Balcic. Recomand 100% hotelul. Desi are 3 stele, el merita 4 clar: parcare subterana si exterioara, piscina, camere frumoase (majoritatea cu vedere la mare), mic dejun la alegere din 4 variante: foarte bune toate, distanta pana la plaja Nomad maxim 100 m, cu posibilitatea de a scurta folosind scarile care sunt decente si usor de abordat, personal prietenos, atmosfera calda.

Nu este cazul. totul a fost perfect.

hotel nou, camere putine, deci turisti putini. L a receptie am fost intampinati bine si ne-am rezolvat nemultumirile legate de curatenia din camera cu ajutorul lor.Managerul hotelului ne-a oferit un apartament in locul camerei murdare, dar am optat pt o noua curatenie in camera initiala, decat un apartament lafel de ''curat''.

am optat pt un studio in care la prima vedere era curat, dar cand am tras noptiera erau mucuri de tigari, pahare de cafea, toaleta fara un odorizant , ceva si se vedea ca nu a fost facuta curatenie de curand, cabina de dus murdara, iar pe balcon nu mai trecuse cineva cu matura cam de mult timp. am optat pt mic dejun si cina si a fost un fiasco total atat dimineata cat si seara. Se manca foarte bine la terasele de pe promenada. Sincer, in perioada asta delicata ma asteptam sa fie mai restrictivi si mai atenti la curatenie, iar raportul calitate - pret a lasat de dorit in sensul ca pretul a fost mult peste oferta facuta.
