Location: Karlovo hotel is situated in Sunny Beach, about 500 m to the centre of resort and 200 m to the beach. There is a bus stop, shops, a hospital, bank and Aquapark “Action” near the hotel. The historic center of Nessebar is 3 km away. Burgas Airport is a 35-minute drive away.

Accommodation: Built in 1974, completely renovated in 2011, 2 buildings, 5 floors, 2 elevators, a total of 72 units (rooms and apartments).

DBL 2+1: Approx. size 26 m2. They consist of twin beds and the extra bed is extendible armchair, air conditioning, mini fridge, telephone, LCD TV, floor - laminate. The bathroom is with shower, hairdryer and towels, SOS button. The rooms have balcony with outdoor furniture. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child.

TRPL 2+2/ 3+1: Approx. size 32 m2. They consist of three beds and the extra bed is extendible armchair, air conditioning, mini fridge, telephone, LCD TV, floor - laminate. The bathroom is with shower, hairdryer and towels, SOS button. The rooms have balcony with outdoor furniture. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child.

APP 2+1/ 2+2: Approx.  size 45 m2. They consist of two rooms, each with air conditioning, LCD TV, wardrobe, balcony. In the bedroom – large double bed, in the living room - sofa and sofa chair, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, panic button, summer furniture and clothes-drier on the balcony. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child.

APP 2+4/ 3+3/ 4+2: Approx. size 70-83 sq.m. - It consists of 2 separate bedrooms with two single beds and a separate kitchen with an extendable armchair (furnished with a fridge, kettle, microwave, dining table, kitchen utensils). Each bedroom has a personal air conditioning, wardrobe, working table with mirror, stool and bedside tables. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults and 1 child.  

Baby cot is provided for an extra charge, 3 €/per day.
Pets are not allowed.
The hotel doe not have adapted rooms for disabled.
About the hotel:  The common areas - lobby, reception, restaurant, lobby bar are air conditioned. The hotel has a pool bar, safe at the reception, massage room, playground and children's playroom, luggage room, parking, Wi-Fi.
