Location: Hotel Kotva is located in the southern part of Sunny Beach, 3-4 kilometers from the center of the resort and 1 kilometer from the town of Nessebar. There is a regular shuttle bus service to the center of the resort.

Beach: sandy, 250m. Enjoy the cleanest and most beautiful beach on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, winner of the "Blue Flag" award. Behind the hotel are picturesque sand dunes, among which there is a path to the beach. The sand is fine and golden. The seabed has a very gentle slope and is comfortable for bathing.

Accommodation unit facilities: Kotva Hotel and Aquapark has a large main restaurant, a lobby bar, pool bar, water bar, Bistro Black Pearl, medical office, currency exchange office, parking.

Aquapark: Three outdoor pools are available to guests – one is a mini Olympic with a children's section attached to it with two slides, and the other two are mini aqua parks with water slides. The pools have different depth levels, suitable for all ages. In the pools of the mini-water park there are about ten slides for children of different ages. In one of the pools there are slides and attractions for the hotel's youngest guests. In the other pool of the water park there is a jacuzzi and a wet bar. Large sunny terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas around the pools, free for hotel guests.

Room facilities: The hotel consists of two annexes connected by a common reception and a spacious lounge, there is an elevator in each building. The hotel offers accommodation in 320 double rooms and 151 one-bedroom apartments. Each room is equipped with bathroom with shower cabin, balcony, telephone, TV, satellite channels, mini fridge, electric kettle, individual air conditioning, safe. Last renovation in winter 2022/2023 – room doors and hall. In the winter of 2023/2024, the construction of a new swimming pool with attractive slides and a poolside bar is planned.

Room types:

DBL 2+1/ 2+2: Approximate area 24-26 m2. The rooms have a double bed or two regular beds, a sofa bed for one person. Maximum capacity is 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults. *Infants are included in the double room maximum capacity.

DBL 2+1 ECONOMIC - Approximate area 20-22m2. The rooms have 2 regular beds and a sofa bed in some rooms. The maximum capacity is 2 adults with a child or 3 adults. The rooms are on the lower floors.

*Infants are included in the double room maximum capacity.

1-BR APP 2+2: Approximate area 32 m2. They consist of a bedroom with a double bed or two ordinary single beds, a living room with two non-extendable single sofas, a bathroom and a balcony. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door, overlooking the – pool, water park, dunes. The maximum capacity is 3 adults with 1 child.

*Babies are NOT included in the maximum room capacity. Up to 1 child over the maximum capacity is allowed.

A baby cot is available upon request and at an additional cost of BGN 10 per day.

The hotel has 6 rooms suitable for people with physical disabilities. The rooms are with 2 regular beds, wider entrance door, wider bathroom door, a bathtub with handles.

Pool bar: 10:00 – 19:00

Wristbands are provided to guests and must be worn during the stay.

It is not allowed to bring food and drinks from the restaurant, bars.

Food and drinks are not allowed to be carried into the hotel rooms and outside the all inclusive restaurant and bars. Aquapark, Bistro Black Pearl and pool bar are also part of the all inclusive territory.

All Inclusive facilities, food and beverages are not available to friends or family who do not pre-pay for the All Inclusive package.

All inclusive drinks are free at the bars – Kotva, Lobby bar and Pool bar depending on working hours.

Aquapark is included for all hotel guests.

The hotel does not provide beach or pool towels.

Parking: BGN 15 per day, subject to availability, outdoors, unguarded. The hotel reserves the right to change the parking price at any time.

Pets up to 5 kg are allowed - BGN 10 per day. Pets are not allowed near the swimming pools, restaurants and bars.
