Accommodation: The six-storey Aparthotel Laplandia is built in 2006, is serviced by two elevators and offers accommodation in a total of 72 premises with a fireplace against extra payment of 6 BGN per use, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, a washing machine, utensils and dishes, a bathroom with a bathtub or a shower cabin, a toilet and an individual boiler, a balcony or a terrace, a telephone and a TV with cable channels. The heating during the winter months is via individual radiators.

STUDIO 2+1: Approximately 42 square meters. The studios have one double bed and an extendable couch. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
APP 2+2: Approximately 60 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with an extendable couch. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
APP 6+3: Approximately 120 square meters. The three-bedroom apartments consist of three bedrooms with one double or two single beds and a possibility for an extendable couch in each and a living room with extendable couch. The bedrooms and the living room are separated by doors. The maximum occupancy is 9 adults. Some of the three-bedroom apartments are suitable for accommodating up to 9 adults and has an extra extendable couch in one of the bedrooms.

Baby cot is available upon prior request and against extra payment of 5 BGN per day.
The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are accessible for people in wheelchairs. The hotel has premises, adjusted for accommodating people with mobility difficulties.
