Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults. 1-BR APP 2+2: Approximate area of 36 m2. The apartments consist of two rooms - a bedroom and a living room, separated by a door. The bedroom has one double bed or two single beds (placed next to each other) and the living room has an extendable sofa bed (160 cm x 190 cm) or two extendable armchairs. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, minibar, safe, coffee machine, WiFi, bathroom with shower cabin, hairdryer and toiletries, terrace. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults and 1 child. 2-BR APP 4+2: Approximate area of 50 m2. The apartments consist of two separate bedrooms and a living room, separated by doors. The bedrooms have one double bed or two single beds (placed next to each other) and the living room has an extendable sofa bed. They are equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, minibar, safe, coffee machine, WiFi, two bathrooms with shower, hairdryer and toiletries, terrace. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children. Baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request. Pets weighing up to 3 kg are allowed for an additional fee of EUR 10 (BGN 19.56) per day. *Pets are not allowed in the restaurant. The hotel is suitable for people with disabilities. There is one specially adapted room for them. About the hotel: Guests have access to a restaurant with a capacity of 160 seats, offering a rich variety of culinary delights, a lobby bar and Sky Bar, where guests can enjoy fresh cocktails and drinks in a stylish setting, a cozy bar with a modern look and a pleasant atmosphere, a bowling alley with 6 professional lanes and billiards. For corporate events there are two conference rooms with a capacity of 150 and 70 seats, equipped with multimedia, flipchart and sound system. Sports and SPA: The hotel has an outdoor panoramic pool with a jacuzzi (unheated, open from 01.06. to 30.09.) and a sun terrace with sun beds and umbrellas, located on the top floor of the hotel. The Relaxation center has a jacuzzi for 12 people, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a salt room and a relaxation area and will be ready to open in the beggining of the summer season 2026. A variety of massages and therapies will help you restore the balance of your body and spirit. The hotel also has a heated indoor pool (13x7 m) which will be fuly operational for summer season 2026 and a children's water area, as well as a professionally equipped fitness center (500 m2), including areas for various sports and a specialized children's area.
