am fost impresionati de marimea camerei si a patului care a fost foarte comod inclusiv pentru 3 persoane (2 adult, un copil). totodata am fost multumiti de curatenia camerei i de mancarurile servite, avand in vedere raportul pret - calitate.

Partea de animatie a hotelului nu este in top, insa avand in vedere pretul achitat nici asteptarile nu pot fi foarte mari.

Pozitionare buna, pe plaja, doua piscine, terase cu belvedere, paturi mari.

Curatenia este deplorabila la acest hotel, totul este neingrijit, mocheta patata, plina de praf si par, par in baie pe jos, cada murdara, toaleta murdara,in afara de aranjat pat si schimbat prosoape nu s-a facut nici un fel de curatenie timp de 8 zile,pe toata durata sederii,paharele din camera nespalate,lifturile jegoase, peretii patati peste tot, la restaurant o mizerie de nedescris,tacamurile uneori murdare!!! In Romania doar la 1-2 stele mai vezi asa ceva! Degeaba dispun de parcare interioara, deoarece sotului meu i s-a taiat cablul de la antena masinii si antena furata,managerul doar ridica din umeri desi exista camere in parcare!!!! acesta nu este un hotel de 5 stele!!! Cu indulgenta pot spune 2 stele!

a fost un concediu minunat! am cumparat biletele prin early booking cu reducere de 15 la % fata de booking si nu era trecut decat camera dubla cu vedere la mare cu all inclusiv si taxe statiune. Nu facea referire la parcare, internet, aer conditionat, care in unele locatii le platesti extra. aici au fost gratuite. am gasit un loc de parcare in parcarea subterana si sunt afara, langa hotel ,destule locuri, tot gratuite cu hartie de la hotel. Camerele au fost foarte frumoase cu paturi duble imense . am avut si dus si cada in baie. Spun camere pentru ca am fost cu o verisoara cu sotul si doi copii mari care au luat un apartament (superb), in care era tot un pat dublu imens si o canapea mare confortabila. Curatenie si schimbat prosoape, zilnic, mancare foarte buna cu carne de peste vita porc, ciorbe la fel bune, prajituri foarte bune, fructe de toate, bauturi ca la all si cafea foarte buna (aveau si expresor in afara de cea de la aparatul de cafea la care puteai sa-ti iei singur). Mancarea am servit-o pe terasa unde seara canta un domn la orga si voce muzica ambientala. am jucat si tenis de masa, am pescuit. Marea este imediat langa piscina asa ca am stat la sezlongurile de la cele doua piscine (cele de pe plaja sunt cu plata). Personalul foarte amabil. Internetul la piscina si pe terasa ok , dar la camerele mai departate nu prea merge. as reveni cu placere. Ca recomandare, as spune sa faceti chekin-ul cat mai devreme pentru aprinde camera buna si loc in parcarea subterana ( am ajuns la 11, am trecut vama la Ruse dimineata la 6 fara coada).

Hotel frumos, camere mari, baie imensa si cu dus si cu cada, balcon mare, nu chiar de 5*, dar 4* merita

Mancare f.putina, erau doar cateva feluri de mancare, ceva legume pentru salata, fructe putine, nu era o masa pentru un hotel cotat la 5*, dar a fost pe masura pretului platit daca e sa fim sinceri.

Curatenie; plaja ok.

Pe site scrie ca exista incluse in sejur all inclusive dart; tenis de masa, minigolf etc, in realitate nu se pot folosii decat cele contracost( spa; masaj, etc),de asemenea nu a existat program pt copii si nici pt adulti asa cum scrie pe site; mancarea nu este de 5*

Minunat! aseara m am intors de la acest hotel unde totul a fost la superlativ . Camerele mari si curate ,mancare suficienta i gustoasa ( micul dejun foarte bogat chiar daca a fost cam acelasi in fiecare zi ,dar gaseai efectiv orice iti doreai sa mananci ,cartofi prajii la fiecare masa bucuria copiilor,friptura la fel la orice masa,nici pestele si fructele de mare n au lipsit,mancaruri gatite super bune),deserturi diversificate ,fructe si inghetata la discretie ,hotelul langa plaja,curaenie in camera se facea zilnic ( am avut noroc de o doamna super draguta care zilnic ne facea diverse animale din prosoape ,bucuria copiilor),parcare gratis ,dar locuri destul de putine . Piscinele erau curate ,apa calda in cea mare ( pe cea mica partial acoperita nu am folosit o) intrarea in mare era ok pentru copii ( doar intr un punct erau ceva pietre ,dar nu deranjau tare).in ceea ce privete distanarea sociala la acest hotel nu se respecta ,fiind un grup de 20 de persoane ne am unit mesele fara probleme,in restaurant era autoservire singura regula a fost sa purtam manui de unica folosina cand eram in restaurant .

Sezlongurile se platesc la plaja ,5 leva sezlongul si 5 umbrela,ceea ce nu prea e normal la 5*. ai posibilitatea si stai pe rogojina ,daca nu esti prea pretenios

as vrea sa incep cu personalul hotelului este foarte amabil. Hotelul este amplasat pe plaja cu o privelite de vis. Camerele foarte mari i curaenia este asigurata zilnic. Bautura (vinul i berea) , cafeaua sunt foarte bune mult peste cele intalnite pana acum in sistemul all inclusive in Bulgaria.

Hotelul dei este amplasat pe plaja ,nu are plaja privata,iar ezlongurile si umbrela la plaja se platesc.

Facilitatea cea mai importanta este accesul rapid la plaja.Camerele sunt foarte spatioase , si baia de asemenea . Prosoapele se schimba in fiecare zi .

Plaja hotelului este destul de ingusta , daca te trezesti dimineata ( undeva la 5.30 ) mai gasesti sezlonguri daca nu trebuie sa stai pe cearceaf cu o umbrela din dotarea ta . Engleza se vorbeste doar la receptie .Programul pentru copii este destul de slabut.
