Marea minunata

abia ce ne-am intors de la acest hotel unde nu aveam ateptari prea mari , dar parca nici chiar aa am ajuns in jur de ora 11, la 12 ne-au dat braarile si am putut servi pranzul , iar la ora 14 camerele. De cum am ajuns ne-a cam uimit stadiul degradant al hotelurilor cel puin la exterior dar am sperat ca macar camerele si serviciile vor fi Ok . Masa de pranz , acceptabila , nimic deosebit , slab diversificat , fructe doar mere si pepene . Un fel de peste gras si nu prea gatit :), un kebab de porc bunut , pui la cuptor , orez , cartofi la cuptor , spaghete si nite legume . 2 feluri de ciorba . In jurul hotelului nu exista nicio alee nimic daca venii cu carucior pentru copii , avei de tras / impins la el prin nisip :) piscina si aia neingrijita e in dreptul hotelului Elitsa, iar intre cele doua evident nicio alee :) doar prin fata lor insa e mult de ocolit . Parcul de copii , o gluma proasta ! Din prima seara unul din copii s-a accidentat . Bun , i am primit camerele . am mers sa le vedem i chiar nu suntem pretenioi sa ne luam de un fir de praf , insa groaznic ! Pe jos mizerie vizibila , sub patul extensibil , inclusiv bucai de sticla , nu mai zic sub patul mare mobila murdara i deteriorata. Baia ceva ingrozitor , nici nu puteai respira . Evident ca am mers la Recepie i am semnalat asta , au spus ca vor trimite pe cineva . Ma rog , dupa n discuii , le-am spus ca nu acceptam aa ceva , dorim o camera decenta , ca avem un Bebelu de 4 luni i efectiv nu pot accepta aa ceva , altfe vrem banii inapoi ; observand ulterior ca , la parter cel puin , sunt 2 coridoare , si inca de la usa potiface diferena . am sesizat si celor de la direct booking care au fost prompi in a incerca sa soluionam cumva . Intr-un final , dupa ce ne-au spus iniial ca nu mai au alte camere , dupa ce i a contactat si agenia , prin minune , au aparut :) Le-am acceptat doar pentru ca eram epuizai , nedormii , etc . Camerele decente de data aceasta . Doar decente ! am solicitat un discount sau ceva , parcare gratuita , pentru neplaceri , lucru pe care ar fi trebuie sa l ofere ei nimic ! Managerul arogant total , neprofesionist , i nu a avut nicio reacie . Meniul de pranz neschimbat ! au mai jonglat cu nite legume ce le au mai alternat . In rest acelai peste , acelai pui , acelai porc , aceeai cartofi :) Seara un pic mai Ok masa . De asemenea , in hotel scari pana la Recepie , nicio rampa pentru carucioare ! Plaja : Minunata ! Nu ca ar fi meritul hotelului , e albena , marea e superba , copiii incantai , apa curata ! Probabil pe asta i mizeaza aceste hoteluri cu un mamangement defectuos! Una peste alta , am zis sa ne bucuram de concediu , insa aici nu mai avem ce cauta :) nu pricep cum au 8 nota

Imi pare rau sa va spun dar, la cazare am fost surprins sa constat ca receptionera ne informeaza ca nu are camere cu vedere la mare, asa cum era oferta si pretul achitat inca din Februarie 2019 Ne-a asigurat ca in urmatoare zi vom fi mutati intr-o camera conform cu oferta achitata. a doua zi, ne-am mutat intr-o camera cu vedere partiala la mare. Nu a fost in regula deloc cu cazarea. Se zice ca bulgarii au servicii cu mult peste ale noastre, nu m-au convins deloc de aceasta, plus ca a mai trebuit sa platim, cost suplimentar, saltelele pentru sezlonguri.

La capitolul mancare putem spune ca a fost ok. Pentru un hotel 3* a fost bine.

Curatenia a lasat de dorit la unele etaje. Personalul de la bar, prea tanar i fara minimum de pregatire. Engleza nu este o limba utilizata sau macar ineleasa( recepia face excepie) ! Pentru nite waffe stateai mai bine de o jumatate de ora la coada i cand ajungeai i tu la rand nu prea mai aveai toping-uri doar un gem amarat.

amplasament bun, vedere la mare, cu adevarat aproape de plaja, este chiar pe plaja (nu ca altele care pretind ca snt pe plaja si mergi o ora pe jos pana acolo) noroc cu camera primita cu vedere la mare.

curatenia era peste tot, insa camera si balconul , si hotelul in general necesita mobilier mai nou , o zugraveala , este un 3 stele chinuit. mancarea destul de modesta si rar se mai schimba cate ceva din meniu, pentru cine nu este pretentios, la multe feluri de mancare e ok

Camera din oferta Best deal nu o recomand ( mica, intunecoase, mobilier vechi, vedere la padure .. am schimbat camera la hotel cu una cu vedere la mare mult mai buna i mare cu 10 leva pe zi. aproape aceeasi mancare zi de zi, se mai poate imbunatatii, bautura slaba, snack barul de pe plaja slab, parcare scumpa daca vrei maina langa hotel 20 leva pe zi ( fiecare alege).

am fost placut impresionata de personalul hotelului care era mereu zambitor si dornic sa te ajute.

Nu mi-a placut faptul ca, desi ajungeam la plaja printre primii, gaseam sezlongurile rezervate cu prosoape, lucru impotriva regulamentului. Si un alt lucru care nu mi-a placut a fost ca cei care administreaza plaja m-au pus sa imi car singura ( eu femeie cu copil de nici 2 ani) saltelele de plaja pentru care platisem, iar altora (barbati in toata firea) le duceau. Mi s-a parut foarte urat, neprofesional si lipsit de respect.

totul a fost ok .Statiunea foarte frumoasa si linistita ,mancarea ok,.In schimb am cerut camera la un etaj mai superior si cu vedere la mare si am primit la un etaj mai jos si cu vedere in lateral si nu cred ca e corect deoarece am platit pentru asta .

O parte din personalul de la receptie lasa de dorit .In statiunea albena voi mai merge dar cred ca nu la acest hotel.Din pacate parcarea este destul de scumpa

a fost prima experienta in Bulgaria si pot spune ca am ramas placut surprins si cu siguranta ma voi intoarce. Plaja foarte curata , nu gasesti gunoaie , peturi , pahare de plastic , porumb ingropat in nisip sau multe altele care se gasesc pe la noi. Liniste , sezlonguri foarte aerisite , nu deranjezi pe nimeni daca deschizi umbrela, nisipul foarte fin si foarte curat. apa foarte curata , se vede fundul apei chiar daca esti in apa pana la piept. Hotelul Nona unde am fost cazati , foarte curat , se schimba prosoape si lenjerie zilnic , personal care stie sa te faca sa te simti bine, chiar vreau sa-l salut pe aceasta cale pe aLEKSEY , unul din barmanii care mie personal mia placut . Mancare multa si gustoasa si mereu altceva . Unii ospatari chiar au invatat ceva romana ca sa ne intelegem cu ei , intr-un cuvant eu ma voi intoarce .

amplasarea direct pe plaja, sezlonguri cu umbrele, iar apa mica cu intrare lina in mare. Mancarea bunicica, aveai de unde alege.

Curatenia era doar la suprafata. Mocheta din camera era imbacsita si plina de furnici. am chemat de la receptie sa vada si a trimis o femeie de la curatenie sa dea cu sare...ca solutia pt furnici era toxica pentru bebelus

albena este o statiiune retrasa, potrivita pentru cine vrea liniste

Parcarea este o problema, locurile disponibile linga hotel sunt insuficiente. Desi am platit parcarea, in interiorul statiunii exista zone in care parcarea costa peste ceea ce se anunta in oferta si nu costa putin.

Personalul din hotel este foarte bine pregatit, cei de la receptie stiau foarte bine 2 limbi straine (engleza, germana). Chelnerii din restaurant au fost foarte amabili, mancarea a fost buna per ansamblu.

Nu am ce sa comentez comparativ cu Romania. Suntem extrem de slab dezvoltati ca o tara ce se vrea europeana!

Per total a fost ok,daca nu esti pretentios:camera nu foarte mare dar curata,se face curat in fiecare zi,lenjeria a schimbato o singura data,baie mica dar curata .Mancarea nu e cine stie ce dar nu mori de foame...un gratar il ai sigur...fructe la discretie,pepene galben,rosu,piersici,nectarine,prune.. hotelul este pe plaja...ceea ce mi-am dorit...apa curata,plaja lata si curata...desi am fost in plin sezon...plaja nu a fost aglomerata

Cafeaua este dezastru..ca sa bei una mai ok la expresor trebuia sa astepti pana la ora 10 cand se deschidea barul apa plata era cu portia...se termina mai mereu si nu ai voie sa umpli bidon sa iei in camera...da...mi-a lipsit apa..pana la urma am cumparat Piscina este la hotelul de langa...nu e foarte departe dar e un minus

excelent, mai ales ptr o familie cu copii este locul ideal. ptr noi a fost a doua oara cand am mers la acelas hotel si a fost minunat. am fost si in extra sezon si in full sezon si este la fel de minunat. mancarea este tot mereu alta, in plus gratar la pranz si seara cu carne, sau peste si legume, in fiecare dimineata clatite. am fost in alt an si la hotel de 5 stele si mancarea a fost destul de slaba, in comparatie cu acest hotel as putea spune chiar foarte slaba. copii au program zilnic cu animatorii si nu le mai duci grija. prima data cand am fost la acest hotel una dintre fetitele mele avusese un accident grav si in primul rand hotelul impreuna cu agentia au fost de acord sa ne reprogrameze vacanta, fara nici un cost si in al doilea rand am mers cu fetita in carucior cu rotile (pe atunci nu avea voie sa merga pe piciorusele ei) si datorita facilitatilor hotelului si a amplasarii direct pe mare, in ciuda tuturor greutatilor a fost o vacanta excelenta atat ptr mine cat si pentru cei doua fetite ale mele. il recomand cu draga inima, iar pretul prin directbooking este mai mic decat prin agentii. toate hotelurile de 3 stele din albena au aceleasi caracteristici, indiferent de nume, cladiri vechi din semifabricate de pe timpul comunistilor, cu comoditatile caracteristice acelor timpuri. Nici nu poti cere mai mult de la astfel de unitati, totusi se poate avea o vacanta placuta daca nu esti prea pretentios sau faci abstractie de la imperfectiunile intalnite.... mirosul in camera a fost insuportabil in cele 3 zile, au dat cu sprei.... desi nu era cazul sa mai imputa si cu acela, daca merge vecinul la baie auzi apa si altele....

Hotelul este amplatat intr-o zona linistita, foarte aproape de plaja. In fata hotelului este rezervatia naturala, iar parcarea poate fi facuta in lungul drumului, la umbra. Restaurantul ofera un meniu diversificat si foarte bun, iar personalul reuseste sa pastreze eficient curatenia. Camerele sunt renovate si curate.

Praja rezervata hotelului este destul de curata, insa cei care o administreaza sunt foarte obraznici cu turistii. Desi fiecare camera are gratuit o umbrela si doua sezlonguri, este tolerata rezervarea de cu noapte ( la ora 7 pe primele trei randuri sunt puse prosoape fara sa fie ocupate de turisti )

Foarte aproape de plaja. Plaja curata. De la balconul camerei priveliste superba asupra marii. In spatele hotelului, padure , rezervatie naturala. Mancare suficienta si diversificata, programul meselor forte bun ( all inclusive ).

Barul se deschide la ora 10 si se inchide la ora 23. Dupa ora 23 nu aveai de unde sa ma iei o apa minerala sau un suc. Pentru cei care sunt obisnuiti cu supe, ciorbe, oferta minima (2 feluri )

- hotel cu 70% turisti romani si nu scrie nimic in limba romana (!!!! esential la meniu!!!) - exceptie fac anunturile referitoare la interzicerea ocuparii sezlongurilor cu prosoape si genti si obligatia platii parcarii!!!! - locul de joaca pt copii neingrijit si invechit din fier ruginit, lemn putred peste care a-a aplicat un strat de vopsea...bucati de lemn desprinse si suruburi lipsa il fac f. periculos pentru copii - in fiecare zi venea cineva din personalul hotelului si anunta CONtROL BaR !!!!
