Beach: Sandy, 100 meters away from the hotel - Harmani and Bambo Beach. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access.
Blue flag: Harmanite beach is the winner of the prestigious European Union Blue Flag award. Blue flag beaches are clean and safe, with a preserved environment.
Accommodation: The hotel was built in 2004 and last renovated in 2022, has 2 buildings, each of which on 4 floors. The spacious and elegant hotel is next to the beach, with comfortably furnished and equipped rooms (66) overlooking the pool, garden or sea, 4 studios, one apartment with side sea view and two apartments with panoramic sea view. Each room and studio has a balcony or English courtyard. The hotel has 2 lifts.

DBL 2+1: Approximate area 17 - 22 m2 without the terrace. These rooms have park views and are furnished with a bedroom or twin beds. In most of them there is a possibility to put an extra bed for an adult or a baby cot. They are equipped with bathroom with bath/shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, LED TV, mini bar and direct dial telephone. Maximum occupancy 3 adults.
DBL 2+1 GROUND FLOOR: Approximate area 17 - 22 m2 without the terrace. The economy rooms are located on the level of the English courtyard. They are equipped with bathroom with bath/shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, LED TV, mini bar and direct dial telephone. Maximum occupancy 3 adults.
DBL 2+1 LUX: Approximate area 20 - 25 m2 without the terrace. They are located in the new wing of the hotel. They are equipped with bathroom with bath/shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, LED TV, mini bar and direct dial telephone. Maximum occupancy 3 adults.
DBL 2+1 LUX SEA: Approximate area 22 - 26 m2 without the terrace. They are located in the new wing of the hotel and have sea views. They are equipped with bathroom with bath/shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, LED TV, mini bar and direct dial telephone. Maximum occupancy 3 adults.
DBL 2+1 SEA: Approximate area 17 – 22 m2 without the terrace. Rooms have sea views and are furnished with a bedroom or twin beds. They are equipped with bathroom with bath / shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, LED TV, mini bar and direct dial telephone. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults and a baby.
STUDIO 3+1: Approximate area 30 m2 without the terrace. The studios have side sea views or an English courtyard. They consist of two transitional rooms separated by a glass wall with a sliding door. The first room is furnished with a bedroom, the second has a single bed and the possibility of placing an extra bed for an adult or cot. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
1-BR APP 2+3/3+2/4+0: Approximate area 32 m2 without the terrace. The two large apartments are located on the top, 4th floor of the hotel. They offer wonderful panoramic sea views and have spacious corner terraces. The apartments consist of a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. The bathrooms have a Jacuzzi and a shower cabin with a multifunctional panel. Maximum occupancy 3 adults and 2 children or 4 adults.
* Babies are NOT included in the maximum capacity of the rooms. Accommodation of 1 baby over the maximum occupancy is allowed.

Baby cot is provided on request in advance against a fee of 5 BGN per day.
Pets with habits up to 5 kg. are allowed against a fee of  25 BGN per day, on preliminary request.
There are no suitable conditions to accommodate people with mobility difficulties.
* There is access for people with disabilities only to the common areas / The hotel has 1 room on the ground floor with a wider entrance door, but no specially adapted bathroom.
About the hotel: The main lobby-bar restaurant has an indoor hall, a terrace, a restaurant and a coffee-garden, with a total capacity of 180 seats. In the garden there is a swimming pool with a separate children's section, a pool bar, a barbecue and a children's play area. The hotel offers individual safe deposit boxes for rent located in the reception area. For families with children, children's dining chairs are available in the restaurant and sleeping pillows. The complex has a sauna, fitness and tennis table.
