Personal de la recepie amabil, camera curat, cu toate cele necesare. La restaurant mancarea a fost foarte buna, diversificat. Se putea servi peste, pui, porc , iepure, miel la tava. Legume proaspete sau gtite la tava, paste. Mic dejun bun, oua cltite, buturi diverse la bar. Piscin in regul, bar cu gustri si buturi. Pe ansamblu un all inclusive decent fr pretenii.

Nu sunt impresii negative, doar observaii.Unele preparate erau pregtite pe plita de la Vita Park i transferate la Ralitsa.

am ajuns la Hotal Vita Park deoarece Hotelul Kompass la care am facut rezervarea din tara se inchidea cu 3 zile ianinte de terminarea sejurului nostru, asa ca am fost relocati la Vita Park si nu imi pare rau !

Fata de anii trecuti (5 la rand la Vita Park) cand erau 50 de feluri de mancare la all Inclusiv, anul acesta a fost o mizerie de mancare si putine feluri din care sa alegi. Pe plaje la restaurantul RaI fata de anii trecuti cand all Inclusiv era de la 09 la 18 anul acesta decat de la 12 la 15 si la fel mancare oribila.

Plaja curata, ezlongurile distanate Restaurantul unde se servea masa era curat. La intrare erai obligat sa te dezinfectezi pe maini i sa pori masca de protecie cat ii umpleai farfuria

Haos, lipsa de organizare, receptia dupa doua ore de stat la coada, timp in care nu am putut servi pranzul( desi facea parte din bilet) , lipsa totala a distantarii sociale , a mastilor, dezinfectantului. In prima zi am mancat in picioare dupa ce am stat la coada pentru mancare aproximativ 30 minute. Noi am luat un apartament cu doua dormitoare si bucatarie. Nu se face curatenie niciodata decat daca soliciti la receptie iar dicolo de prosoapele rupte , gelul de dus si samponul este insuficient( 30 ml de pers pt un sejur de cinci zile la mare!!!!) . Mancarea( asa ziza all inclusive) de proasta calitate, adesea preparata din ce ramanea de la masa anterioara. Personalul din restaurant amabil .Nu recomand sub nici o forma! Noi sigur nu vom maoli reveni!

Pentru prima data de cand merg la acest hotel(a 5-a data ),am gasit mucegai in baie . au schimbat programul la restaurantul all inclusive de pe plaja ,se deschidea la 11.00 si acum doar la 12.00. Nimic imbunatatit fata de anul trecut. In sala de mese am gasit farfurii murdare pe dos cu mancare uscata.

totul a fost ok, chiar peste asteptari, serviciile incluse merita pe deplin pretul platit...curatenie atat la hotel cat si la plaja, aqua parcul este foarte intretinut si curat, ideal pt. familii cu copii.

In camera se vedeau urme de uzura atat pe mobilier si pe pereti, dar pe noi nu prea ne-a deranjat, in camera functiona totul perfect, era curata n-avem ce reprosa. Restaurantul hotelului mi-a parut putin cam inghesuita fiecare data, dar in max. 10 minute gaseam o masa libera unde ne puteam aseza. Ce mi-a parut putin cam excesiva era pretul cerut pt. parcarea autoturismelor in statiune..(10 Leva/24 de ore)

mancare foarte ok, varietate mare, poti sa alegi. Bauturi bune, aquapark ok, mancarea se prepara chiar in fata ta, unele sortimente. Per total recomand mancarea. Curatenie zilnica, schimbat prosoape zilnic, cu conditia sa le lasi la baie (nu pe balcon, de ex).

unii dintre angajati au avut o atitudine destul de nepotrivita in sensul ca se rastesc sau te grabesc, ar putea fi un pic mai civilizati, ca doar din asta traiesc, dar repet caz izolat, in majoritatea cazurilor personalul a fost ok. Distanta de aprox 15 min de mers la plaja.

Minunat! Destinaie excelenta, mai ales pentru familiile cu copii. aquamania ofera distractie pe deplin atat copiilor, cat i adulilor. Hotelul este curat, lenjeria se schimba o data la 3 zile. Mancarea este diversificata i foarte gustoasa. Personalul extrem de atent i gentil cu turitii. Servicii de nota 10!

Este prima oara cand am fost la acest hotel!am fost cazati la parter !Nu s-a facut curatenie in camera decat dupa trei zile si numai dupa ce am fost la receptie si am facut galagie ,receptionera a fost foarte deranjata ,dar dupa nu au mai fost probleme !am mai avut probleme si cu incuietoarea de la usa, sotia a ramas in camera iar eu cu copilul afara dar acest lucru sa rezolvat repede.

accesul la aquaPark este inclus si acesta se extinde de la un al la altul si pana la plaja se poate merge gratuit cu shuttle-bus-ul electric

am mers pentru a treia oara la acest hotel, si in fiecare an serviciile se inrautatesc. Daca pana acum puteai parca in locuri fara plata, de anul acesta se percepe o taxa de 10 leva/zi sau chiar de 20 leva, ceea ce este f.f.f.mult si nici nu am fost informat despre taxe Felurile de mancare sunt cam aceleasi, doar in serile de vineri poti manca ceva peste si scoici

Mult mai bine decat ne asteptam. am ajuns la ora 13 la hotel si am fost cazati imediat, ni s-au pus bratarile si am mers sa servim pranzul. Personalul foarte amabil, macarea destul de buna si variata. atat pentru noi cat si pentru copii am avut ce sa alegem. Se facea curatenie in camera, curatenie in hotel, la piscina, peste tot.

Uneori restaurantul foarte aglomerat si nu gaseam mese libere sau scaun pentru copil. Se statea cam mult la coada la clatite. Programul restaurantului Rai de pe plaja nu mi-a placut, de la ora 11 sa deschida, cam tarziu consider, pana la acea ora trebuie sa cumperi apa, sucuri din alta parte.

Mancarea buna, ca de obicei.

am fost un grup de 15 persoane si ne-am cazat la vile,nu la hotel pentru al 3 lea an consecutiv. 2 din vile nu aveau bucatarie, fiind all inclusive nu aveai nevoie neaparat de un aragaz, poate doar la cafea dimineata, insa am dus lipsa unui frigider in care sa bagam o stica de apa. Intrucat noi am platit pentru vile cu bucatarii, am informat directbooking despre acest lucru si m-au sunat peste 24 de ore o singura data dupa care mi-au dat mail informandu-ma ca m-au sunat si atat. am sunat inapoi, am dat mail, insa nu au mai raspuns. Nu o sa mai cumparam niciodata bilete de la aceasta agentie si nici nu o recomand nimanui pentru indiferenta cu care au tratat problema noastra. Curaenie nu s-a facut in doua dintre vile deloc, nu s-au luat nici macar prosoapele murdare. Hartia igienica a fost cu portia, am intrebat femeia de serviciu si ne-a spus ca doar doua suluri/vila/sejur adica 8 zile. In concluzie: nu ne mai intoarcem aici si la anul, deoarece condiiile nu mai sunt aceleasi in fiecare an.

Vila a fost ok, curatenie zilnic, au facut si paturile. Wc-ul e separat de baia principala, la inceput ni s-a parut ciudat, dar s-a dovedit o idee buna aceasta separare, pt un grup de 5 persoane, 2 bai au fost ideale.

Vila a fost frumoasa.am avut racoare de la copacii din jurul ei.am avut 2 dormitoare si sufragerie.Nu sunt foarte mari camerele, dar ne-am acomodat bine.

E cam incomod faptul ca in baia cu WC nu e chiuveta si trebuie sa mergi in cealalta baie sa te speli pe maini.Curatenia se face superficial .La masa pierzi mult timp deoarece e foarte multa lume.

Este foarte frumos! Cand vii dintr-o astfel de vacanta desi nu prea dormi, in goana dupa distractie si soare, esti cu adevarat relaxat si odihnit! Curat! La un moment dat se nimerea sa vina cameristele in fiecare zi cand dormeam noi de pranz, sa ne schimbe lenjeria si prosoapele. Se imbina muntele cu marea! Iar accesul liber la aqua Park face toti banii!

am sperat ca daca ajung mai devreme de ora 14 (ora check-inului) sa ne cazeze, dar nu a fost asa. Dupa acest sejur am ajuns la concluzia ca totul se face dupa ceas. Ce nu mi-a convenit Faptul ca in prima zi nu beneficiezi de masa de pranz, dar tot e ok ca poti manca la Snack bar.

Foarte prost au stat la capitolul vorbire engleza ! cand am ajuns, si am facut checkin-ul, ne-au alocat pe un domn care vorbea foarte, si repet, foarte stalcit romana ! nu am inteles nimic de la el, si cei de la receptie nu intelegeau ce le zic in engleza, se uitau la mine ca la masini straine ! toate astea facand sa nu am de unde sa aflu toate serviciile incluse in aLL INCLUSIVE-UL ce l-am avut...in camera pe birou aveam o foaie pe care scria programul meselor, snack-barului si lobby barului, precum si programul autobuzelor care duc de la hotel la plaja. Mai aveam acolo o brosora cu mai multe informatii legate de camera , precum si cum se formeaza un numar sa poti suna oriunde. Pentru aceasta la fel, nimeni nu mi-a zis nimic, e inclus sau nu in pret-ul deja platit, si cum a fost nevoie am sunat de pe telefonul fix din camera, ca sa am FRUMOaSa surpriza la final cand am facut CHECKOUt-ul ca am de platit pt. telefon 12 LEVa... Plus ca in ultima zi, vinerea, dintr-o pura coincidenta, am aflat ca aveam gratis si intrare la aqua Park-ul de acolo, informatie care la fel nu ne-a fost furnizata ! Una peste alta, foarte prost au stat la capitolul conversatie, si prezentare pachet aLL INCLUSIVE...trebuia mentional clar si concis, ce e inclus si e gratis, si ce e cu plata...ne fiind specificat, si ne avand o posibilitate de conversatie, a ramas totul in aer, facand ca experienta la acest hotel sa nu fie una prea placuta. Camerista, care venea sa faca curatenie, tot timpul venea prost, ori la 08:30 dimineata cand inca dormeam, ori la 12:00 cand urma sa plecam pe plaja, ne stiind nici dansa pic de romana sau engleza, in total in 6 zile, a facut curat in una singura, miercurea, cand a si schimbat lenjeria de pat.

Albena resort has 4 different parking zones. The ticket ensures one single pass - entering and parking for 24 h, except for Lazur parking, which is offered to you for free. The parking fees differ depending on the zone as follows:

Blue zone – 10 BGN
Green zone – 20 BGN till 01.07 and after 01.09, 25 BGN/24h (July and August)
