Location: Cornelia Deluxe Residence is located at the foot of Pirin Mountain, 3 km from the centre of Razlog and 6 km from Bansko, just 200 metres from the golf course designed by Ian Woosnam in Razlog.
Accommodation: The hotel has 2 buildings without a warm connection between them. The distance between the two buildings is about 20-30 meters:

Deluxe wing (two separate additional buildings): dbl deluxe, 1-br app deluxe, 1-br app 4+0, 2-br app deluxe

MAIN BUILDING:
STUDIO 2+1: Approx. 32 - 46 m2. The studios consist of 1 room - a comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, fridge, dining table with 2 chairs, a double bed and a single sofa bed, TV, bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, toiletries. Not all studios have a balcony. Maximum accommodation of 2 adults and 1 child
1-BR APP 2+2: Approx. 56 - 66 m2. The one-bedroom apartment consists of 2 rooms - a comfortable and spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table with 4 chairs and a sofa bed, a TV and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds or a double bed equipped with a TV, as well as a bathroom with shower or bath, toiletries and a balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains. The bedroom and living room are separated by a door. Maximum accommodation of 3 adults with 1 child
2-BR APP 4+2: Approx. 86 m2. The two-bedroom apartments consist of one bedroom with one double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, bathroom with toiletries and a balcony. The two-bedroom apartments also have stovetops, ovens and washing machines. The bedrooms and living room are separated by doors. Maximum accommodation of 4 adults and 2 children, 5 adults and 1 child.
DELUXE WING
DBL 2+0 DELUXE: Approx. 32 - 38 m2. Double rooms are with one double or two single beds, small kitchen counter, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, cable TV, bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and toiletries. Maximum accommodation of 2 adults.
1-BR APP 2+2 DELUXE: Approx. 56-66 m2. The one-bedroom deluxe apartments consist of a bedroom with one double or two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed and equipped kitchenette, an elegant bathroom with bathtub, toiletries and a balcony. The bedroom and living room are separated by a door. Maximum accommodation of 3 adults and 1 child.
1-BR APP 4+0: Approx. 58 m2. The apartment consists of a bedroom with two single beds, a separate room with two standard single beds (all the beds are regular), microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, TV, bathroom and toiletries, balcony. The two rooms are separated by a door. Maximum accommodation of 4 adults.
2-BR APP 4+2 DELUXE: Approx. 86 m2. The two-bedroom apartments consist of one bedroom with one double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony. The bedrooms and living room are separated by doors. Maximum accommodation of 5 adults and 1 child.
* It is allowed to accommodate one baby over the maximum occupancy of the room (only with a baby cot requested in advance).

The Hotel doesn’t have adapted rooms for people with disabilities.

About the hotel: Cornelia Deluxe Residences has a main buffet restaurant offering dishes with locally produced meat and cheese, fresh vegetables and fish and a lobby bar offering various drinks. The reception works from 08:00 until 23:00. There is also a conference room with a capacity of 40-50 pax.
Sports and SPA: The Hotels’ Spa features an indoor swimming pool with mineral water and temperature of 30°C, with easy access to an outdoor green area with umbrellas and sun loungers by the pool, a Jacuzzi with a temperature of 35-36°C, dry Finnish sauna, aroma steam bath, Russian and massage showers and a relaxation area. Various spa treatments and massages are also available at an additional cost. There are also a football and volleyball field, table tennis and bicycles - available depending on weather conditions.
