*The studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are located in the main building and this building houses the restaurant, main reception and spa.
*The deluxe double rooms, 1 bedroom deluxe suites, 1 bedroom suites with 4 main beds, 2 bedroom deluxe suites are located in the deluxe wing of the complex-two separate additional buildings that do not have a warm connection to the main building,. All units have a balcony with panoramic views of the Pirin Mountains. All buildings have an elevator.

STUDIO 2+1: Approximate area of 32 - 46 sq.m. The studios consist of 1 room - a comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, dining table with 2 chairs, a bedroom and a single sofa bed for a child, TV wireless internet, and a bathroom with shower or bath, toiletries. Some of the studios have a balcony, others do not but have a wonderful view of the Pirin Mountain and the golf course. All studios are located in the building with the spa and the main restaurant. Maximum accommodation 2 adults and 1 child
DBL 2+0 DELUXE: Approximate area of 32 - 38 sq.m. Double rooms are one room with one double or two single beds, small kitchen counter, electric kettle, TV bathroom and toilet, toiletries. Double Deluxe rooms are located in the deluxe section of the hotel. There is still no hot connection between the deluxe section and the main section (the main section houses the spa and restaurant) and the distance between the two buildings is about 20-30 meters. Maximum accommodation 2 adults.
1 - BR APP 2 + 2: Approximate area of 56-66 sq.m. The one-bedroom apartment consists of 2 rooms - a comfortable and spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table with 4 chairs and a sofa bed, a TV and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds or a double bedroom equipped with a TV, as well as a bathroom with shower or bath, toiletries, a balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains. The bedroom and living room are separated by a door. The one-bedroom apartments are located in the building with the spa and the main restaurant. Maximum accommodation 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults with 1 child

The two rooms are separated by a door. This apartment is located 30 meters from the main building. Maximum accommodation 4 adults.
2 - BR APP 4 + 2: Approximate area of 86 sq.m. The one-bedroom apartments consist of one bedroom with one double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, a bathroom and a toilet with toiletries, a balcony. The two-bedroom apartments also have stovetops, ovens and washing machines. The bedrooms and living room are separated by doors. The one-bedroom apartments are located in the building with the spa and main restaurant. Maximum accommodation 4 adults and 2 children, 5 adults and 1 child. Baby cot not included in maximum capacity

The hotel does not dispose of premises, adjusted for accommodating for people with disabilities, but but 2-bedroom apartments on ground floor with easy exit/entrance outside.
About the hotel: Cornelia Deluxe Residences has a Buffet restaurant Available for the guests are also a garden with barbecue and a Lobby bar. The complex offers excellent conditions for implementation of different various corporate and private events, organisations of different seminars and conferences, cocktails, family celebrations, teambuilding parties and other events.
