Transportation to and from the ski slopes is provided during the winter season. The hotel is located 3.4 km away from Ski Center 2 Malina, 7 km away from Ski Center 1 Studenets, 1.2 km away from the Studenets 1 lift, and the Mechi Chal ski area in Chepelare is 10 km away.
Accommodation: The building has 6 floors in Alpine style with 3 wings and a heated connection between them. Each wing has an elevator. Hotel Snezhanka can accommodate up to 250 guests in 67 double rooms (24 of which have terraces), 8 family rooms, 16 one-bedroom apartments, 5 two-bedroom apartments, and 2 maisonettes.

1-BR APP 2+2: Approximate area of 55 m2. The apartment consists of a bedroom and living room, separated by a door. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, toiletries and a set of towels. The living room is furnished with an extendable sofa bed and a seating and dining area. The apartments have carpeted floors, local heating, cable TV, telephone, and mini fridge. There is also an equipped kitchen - kettle, toaster, hotplates, oven, dishwasher and dishes.
Maximum occupancy of 4 adults.
2-BR APP 4+2/5+1/3+3/2+3: Approximate area 80 m2. There are two bedrooms and a living room with an extendable sofa bed, seating and dining area. Equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, hob, oven, dishwasher and utensils. With private balcony, TV, telephone and free WiFi. There is a private bathroom with toilet. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, toiletries and a set of towels.
Maximum occupancy 5 adults and 1 child up to 11,99 years.
It is allowed to accommodate one baby till 1.99 y.o. over the maximum occupancy of the apartments, this is not valid for double rooms.

Baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.
Pets are allowed in the hotel against an additional fee. Pets must have all mandatory vaccinations and a passport. Fees:

About the hotel: The hotel reception is open from 7:30 a.m. to midnight. The hotel restaurant is located on the second floor and is open year-round for breakfast and dinner. It has a capacity of 250 seats, a cozy atmosphere and a variety of dishes and selected drinks. The tavern has a capacity of 80 seats with an authentic Rhodope interior (open only upon prior request). Lobby bar with a fireplace and a capacity of 40 seats. Terrace - spacious, sunny and covered, the terrace is a favorite extension of the lobby bar for guests during the warm months. It has 40 seats in summer and 14 in winter. There are also disco, shop, hairdressing salon, children's corner, games room, parking, WiFi. The conference room is with a capacity of 70 seats (at an additional cost).
Sports and SPA: An indoor swimming pool, relaxation area, sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, massage rooms, beauty and relaxation treatments are available. The pool is heated and can be used all year round, with a water temperature of 27-29 °C. All massages and SPA treatments require a reservation with pre-booked times at the reception.
