Location: Apartment Complex Lucky is situated two kilometers away from ski centre Studenets, is surrounded by a beautiful pine forest and consists of four buildings with no warm connection between them and a spacious inner courtyard.
Accommodation: Apartment Complex Lucky consists of four six-storey buildings with one elevator in each. In building 1 and 2 there are only accommodation premises, in building 3 – the indoor heated pool and the relax zone, and in building 4 – the reception desk and the restaurant. At guests’ disposal there are a total of 53 accommodation premises, from which 14 studios, 21 one-bedroom apartments and 18 two-bedroom apartments. During the winter the complex is heated via individual radiators.

STUDIO 2+0: Approximately 35 – 40 square meters. The studios are one premise with a double bed and an extendable couch, a dining area, a kitchenette, a TV, a separate bathroom with a shower and a toilet and a balcony. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults.
APP 2+2: Approximately 65 – 70 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with one double bed, a living room with an extendable couch and a kitchenette, a separate bathroom with a shower and a toilet and a balcony. The one-bedroom apartments also have a fireplace and a TV. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults.
APP 4+2: Approximately 85 – 100 square meters. The two-bedroom apartments consist of two bedrooms with one double or two single beds in each, a living room with an extendable couch, a kitchenette and a dining area a bathroom with a shower and a toilet and a second, separate toilet and a balcony in some of them. The two-bedroom apartments also have a TV and a fireplace. The bedrooms and the living room are separated by doors. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults with 2 children or 5 adults.

Baby cot is available free of charge, upon prior request.
The complex and its adjoining infrastructure are not accessible for people in wheelchairs. The complex does not have premises, adjusted for accommodating people with mobility difficulties.
Accommodation with pets is not allowed.
About the complex: Apartment Complex Lucky has a restaurant on two levels, a shop, a reception desk, green areas, an outdoor BBQ, a kids’ playroom, a hall for billiards, table tennis, darts, backgammon and chess, Wi-Fi internet access in the restaurant and around the reception desk, cable internet access in the accommodation premises and a limited number of parking spots and garages (available upon prior request).
Sports and SPA: The relax zone of Apartment Complex Lucky is equipped with an indoor heated pool, a Jcuzzi, a massage room and a Finnish sauna.

The prices of Apartment Complex LUCKY *** for Winter Season 2020/21 include:

Food:
Breakfast either on a buffet, or on a menu – 08:00 – 10:00
Dinner either on a buffet , or on a menu – 18:30 – 21:00 (if a supplement for HB is chosen)
Christmas dinner on 25.12 (mandatory, included in the prices for adults and for children between 6 and 11.99 y.o.)
New Year's dinner on 31.12 (mandatory, included in the prices for adults and for children between 6 and 11.99 y.o.)
*Children up to 5.99 y.o. receive a free of charge meal, but do not get a seat on the table in the restaurant during the festive dinners.
