Location: Sozopolis complex is a unique gated holiday complex, which covers an area of 88,500 square meters. It is located on Cape Kolokita, only 2 km south of Sozopol and 40 km from Bourgas Airport.

Beach: Sandy, Bamboo Beach 1.3 km from the hotel, Harmani Beach in Sozopol 2.7 km. (awarded with Blue Flag), Kavatsi Beach 3.2 km. and Smokinya Camping 3.6 km away from the hotel

Accommodation: The complex offers accommodation in one and two bedroom apartments and a two bedroom villa.

APARTMENT 2+2: Approximate area of 80 sq.m. Stylishly furnished apartments consisting of a spacious living room with a kitchen area, a bedroom, a private bathroom with a shower cabin and free toiletries. Some of the apartments are located on the ground floor and have a beautiful private veranda with garden furniture, others are located on the 2nd floor and have a balcony. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can accommodate a third guest or up to two children up to 12. The kitchen in the apartments is equipped with ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator and air conditioning in both rooms, washing machine. Each apartment has its own parking space. Each apartment has cable TV, Wi-Fi/LAN internet with individual router. Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child.

APARTMENT 4+2: Approximate area of 115 sq.m. There are two types of two-bedroom apartments, consisting of a living room with a kitchen area and a dining area, two bedrooms, a private bathroom with a shower cabin and free toiletries and a separate toilet. The kitchens in the apartments are equipped with ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator, air conditioners in all rooms, washing machine. Each apartment has its own parking space. Each apartment has cable TV, Wi-Fi / LAN internet with individual router. First type - Apartment located on the ground floor with private veranda for relaxation with garden furniture. It has two bedrooms with Quin size beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can accommodate an extra guest or up to two children up to 12. Second type - Apartment located on the 2nd floor with balcony. It has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can accommodate one extra guest. In one of the bedrooms there is a possibility to put an extra pull-out bed for an extra guest. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults and 1 child.

VILLA 4+2: Approximate area of 115 sq.m. Comfortably furnished single-family villas overlooking the garden. They are two-storey twin houses adjacent to each other (type of terraced houses), each with a separate veranda and well-landscaped open areas (without their own yard). On the first floor there is a spacious living room with dining area and kitchen area, bathroom with toilet, veranda in front of the entrance, terrace and closet. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (in one of the rooms two single beds and in the other a double bed), a bathroom with a toilet and a balcony. Each villa has its own parking space. The kitchens are equipped with ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and air conditioning in each room. In the living room on the 1st floor there is a sofa bed that can accommodate an extra guest or two children. In one of the bedrooms there is a possibility to put an extra pull-out bed for an extra guest. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults.

About the hotel: At the disposal of the guests of the complex are two restaurants, outdoor pool (seasonal), gym, hairdresser, indoor children's playground and two outdoor play areas, mini market.

A baby cot is available free of charge upon prior request.
Accommodation with pets is allowed for a fee of 10 BGN per day.
There are no suitable conditions for accommodation of people with mobility impairments.
