Accommodation: The complex consists of a hotel part with 109 rooms, a SPA Center over 1,000 sq.m., and 4 villas with 162 apartments (hotel accommodation is offered in 24 of them). The hotel part is a five-storey building with three elevators; available
to guests are double rooms and double deluxe rooms. There is no warm connection between the hotel and the apartment villas. The four apartment villas each have two entrances. The apartment part offers accommodation in 24 studios and one-bedroom apartments.

with stove, microwave oven, fridge and utensils, telephone, TV, Wi‑Fi internet. The apartments have a balcony. The bathroom has a bathtub. Heating and hot water are central. Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
