Accommodation: The five-storey Platinum Hotel and Casino offers accommodation in 134 double rooms and 9 junior suites, the majority of which with breath-taking view to the slopes of Pirin. At guests’ disposal there are 3 elevators.

DBL 2+0 ECONOMY: Approximately 18 square meters. There is no balcony in the economy double rooms and they have one double or two single beds, TV with cable channels, mini bar, telephone, safe deposit box, internet access and bathroom with bathtub, toilet, hair dryer, bathrobes and slippers. They are located on the last floor and the windows are taller and smaller. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults.
DBL 2+1 NO BALCONY: Approximately 18 square meters. There is no balcony in this type of double rooms and they have one double or two single beds, extendable sofa bed, TV with cable channels, mini bar, telephone, safe deposit box, internet access and bathroom with bathtub, toilet, hair dryer, bathrobes and slippers. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.
DBL 2+1: Approximately 18 square meters. The standard double rooms have one double or two single beds, extendable sofa bed, TV with cable channels, mini bar, telephone, safe deposit box, internet access, balcony and bathroom with bathtub, toilet, hair dryer, bathrobes and slippers. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.
JUNIOR SUITE 2+2: Approximately 44 square meters. The junior suites are one premise with one double or two single beds, double extendable couch or two extendable sofa beds, TV with cable channels, mini bar, telephone, safe deposit box, internet access and bathroom with bathtub, toilet, hair dryer, bathrobes and slippers. Most of them also have a balcony. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults with 1 child.

Baby cot is available free of charge, upon prior request.
The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are accessible for people in wheelchairs. The hotel has premises, adjusted for accommodating people with mobility difficulties.

About the hotel: Platinum Hotel and Casino has restaurant, tavern, lobby bar, kids’ corner, hall for electronic games, ski wardrobe for storing ski and ski sets against extra payment of 1 BGN per day and snowboard school. In the hotel there is also the only casino in Bansko, offering live game.
Sports and SPA: The relax center of Platinum Hotel and Casino has one of the biggest indoor pools in the resort, as well as steam bath, sauna, fitness, massage cabinets and beauty salon.
