Location: Hotel complex Aspa Villa works throughout the year and is located in the village of Banya – balneological centre, situated in the central part of Razlog’s hollow, locked between the three big mountains – Pirin, Rila and Rodopi. The distance to Bansko is 5 km, and to Razlog – 4 km. It is built at the foot of a beautiful pine forest, near a spring with mineral water, from which the entire hotel is supplied. During the winter months the heating is central. The five-storey building is serviced by one elevator.
Accommodation: The fully renovated in 2018 hotel Aspa Villa offers its guests accommodation in a total of 40 double rooms and apartments.

DBL 2+1 NO BALCONY: Approximately 35 square meters. The double rooms have a bedroom, an extra bed, a TV with cable channels, an air-conditioner, a mini bar, a coffee or tea machine, free of charge wireless internet access and a bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, bathrobes and toiletries. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults with 1 child.
DBL 2+1 WITH BALCONY : Approximately 29 square meters. The double rooms have a bedroom, an extra bed, a TV with cable channels, an air-conditioner, a mini bar, a coffee or tea machine, free of charge wireless internet access, a terrace with a view to the pine forest and a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, bathrobes and toiletries. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.
1-BR APP 2+2: Approximately 70 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments consist of two transitional rooms without a door between them, one of which is a bedroom with a double bed, and the other one – a living room with an extendable couch and have a sitting area, a desk, a TV with cable channels, an air-conditioner, a mini bar, free of charge wireless internet access and a big terrace with a view to the pine forest. Each room has a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower cabin, a hairdryer, bathrobes and toiletries. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults.

Baby cot is available free of charge, upon prior request.
The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are accessible for people in wheelchairs. The hotel has one double room without balcony, adjusted for accommodating people with mobility difficulties.
Accommodation with pets is allowed against extra payment of 10 BGN/day for animals up to 15 kg and 15 BGN/day for animals over 15 kg.
About hotel: At guests’ disposal there are a main restaurant with Bulgarian and European cuisine with a capacity of 150 places and a barbecue, a lobby bar with a capacity of 40 places, free of charge wireless internet access throughout the hotel, free of charge safe deposit boxes on the reception and a conference room with a capacity of 80 places, suitable for seminars, conferences and business meetings.
Sports and SPA: The SPA centre in hotel Aspa Villa is equipped with sauna, Turkish bath, outdoor Jacuzzi, mineral outdoor pool, relax zone and massage studio.
