The main building is on four floors, is serviced by one elevator and offers accommodation in 19 cozily furnished luxurious double rooms with a shower cabin, 15 deluxe double rooms with a bathtub and a shower cabin, 4 one-bedroom apartments and 3 two-bedroom apartments. In the additional building, which is about 30 meters away, there are 2 comfortable one-bedroom apartments that can be used either alone, or by families who come together.

The one-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with one double or two single beds, a living room with an extendable couch and a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower cabin, a toilet, an SOS button, a telephone, bathrobes for children and for adults, slippers and cosmetics and have a telephone, Wi-Fi internet access, a safe deposit box, an electric kettle, an air-conditioner and a fridge. Only the one-bedroom apartments in the main building have a terrace. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults with 1 child.
APP 4+2: Approximately 80 square meters. The two-bedroom apartments consist of two bedrooms with one double or two single beds in each, a living room with an extendable couch, a balcony, revealing an amazing view to the green slopes of Rila and a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower cabin, a toilet, an SOS button, a telephone, bathrobes for children and for adults, slippers and cosmetics and have a telephone, Wi-Fi internet access, a safe deposit box, an electric kettle, an air-conditioner and a fridge. The bedrooms and the living room are separated by doors. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults with 2 children or 5 adults with 1 child.
