The hotel is located directly on the sandy beach near the Elenite Resort, 4 km from the center of complex Saint Vlas, near the bay Kozluka and brings a unique feeling of tranquillity, beautiful nature and breath-taking sea views.

Built in 2002, one main building, 4 floors, 4 elevators. Reception, main restaurant, a-la-carte restaurant, lobby bar with terrace, snack bar, pool bar, free Wi-Fi, two outdoor pools, wellness center, Kids club, billiard, table tennis, medical service.

Suite 1 bedroom Sea/ Park view- appr.55-68sq.m. (max.2+2+inf/3+1+inf/4+inf), 2 separate rooms; in the bedroom – a double bed, bathtub and a terrace, in the living room - an extendible sofa for 2 persons.

Junior Suite Panoramic Sea view– appr.60sq.m. (min 2+0; max.2+2+inf/ 3+1+inf/ 4+inf), spacious room with panoramic windows and direct sea view, no separated doors in the room. There is a double bed, extendible double sofa bed, terrace, a bathroom with a bathtub.

All units have: air conditioning, telephone, desk, sat TV, bathroom with shower and bathtub, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, small refrigerator, safe/free of charge/.

For children: baby cot (free of charge, upon availability), children’s outdoor playground, children animation, Kids club (4-12 years), children’s section in the pool and mini water slide, children’s highchairs in the restaurant.

Sports and entertainment

Free: two outdoor pools, free sunbeds, parasols and towels around the pools, table tennis, daily and evening animation for the kids and adults (6 times a week), Wellness center (sauna, steam bath, fitness and relaxation area).

Payable: Wellness center (massages and procedures), manicure, pedicure and hairdresser, billiard, medical service, electronic games, rent-a-car, airport transfers. Early check in and late check out are upon availability for additional charge.

Pets are allowed, up to 5kg, extra charge of 20 BGN per day

Parking: Limited unguarded parking spaces available, 15- 25 BGN per day, per car. Parking spaces are subject to availability and reservations are not possible.

Hotel reserves the right to make changes to the program at any time based on the weather conditions.
