Location: The Green Wood Hotel is located 6 km from Bansko, 3 km from Razlog and 300 meters from the Pirin golf course. Accommodation: The hotel was built in 2009 and is a four-storey building served by two lifts. Renovated in 2024, Green Wood offers accommodation in 21 double rooms, 35 studios, 16 one-bedroom apartments and 3 two-bedroom apartments. Heating in the winter months is provided by convector radiators, and hot water is provided by individual boilers.


DBL 2+0: Approx. area of 35 sq.m. The double rooms at Green Wood are spacious, cozy, and comfortable. Guests can choose between a room with a double bed or two separate beds. The rooms are furnished in a modern style and include a fridge, microwave, LCD TV, telephone, Wi-Fi access, and a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. The flooring is parquet. Some rooms have a balcony, while others do not. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults.

One baby up to 1.99 years old can be accommodated above the maximum capacity of the room.

STUDIO 2+1/2+2: Approx. area of 45 sq.m. The studio features two separate beds or a double bed, a pull-out sofa with a coffee table. 1-BR APP 2+1/2+2: Approx. area of 60 sq.m. Each apartment consists of a bedroom and a living room. It has a kitchenette, dining table, and pull-out sofa with a coffee table. The rooms are furnished in a modern style and include a kitchenette (fridge, microwave), LCD TV, telephone, Wi-Fi access, and a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. The flooring is parquet. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.

2-BR APP 4+2/4+1/5: Approx. area of 78 sq.m. Each apartment consists of two bedrooms and a living room. It includes a kitchenette, dining table, and pull-out sofa with a coffee table. The rooms are furnished in a modern style and include a kitchenette (fridge, microwave), LCD TV, telephone, Wi-Fi access, and a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. The flooring is parquet. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults.

Baby cot is free, upon prior request.
