1-BR APP 2+1/2+2: Approximately 60-65 m². One-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with one double bed or two single beds and a living room with a sofa bed. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. All apartments are equipped with
a kitchenette and cooking utensils, toaster and electric kettle, TV with cable television, telephone, safe, balcony, bathroom with bathtub or shower cabin, and hairdryer. Maximum occupancy: 3 adults + 1 child.
MAISONETTE 3+2: Approximately 85-100 m². One-bedroom maisonettes consist of: a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette (cooking utensils, toaster, and electric kettle) on the first floor, and one large room with a double bed and a single bed on
the second floor. They also feature TV with cable television, telephone, safe, balcony, bathroom with bathtub or shower cabin, and hairdryer. Maximum occupancy: 3 adults + 2 children or 4 adults + 1 child.
MAISONETTE 4+2: Approximately 110-130 m². Two-bedroom maisonettes consist of: a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette (cooking utensils, toaster, and electric kettle) on the first floor, and two separate bedrooms on the second floor (one with
a double bed and the other with two single beds). They feature 2 bathrooms – one for each bedroom. The maisonettes are also equipped with TV with cable television, telephone, safe, balcony. Maximum occupancy: 5 adults + 1 child.
2-BR APP 4+2: Approximately 110-130 m². These apartments consist of a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette (cooking utensils, toaster, and electric kettle), as well as two separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom and toilet (with bathtub or
shower cabin). The one bedroom is with a double bed, and the second with two single beds. They are also equipped with TV with cable television, telephone, safe, balcony. Maximum occupancy: 5 adults + 1 child.
*One baby up to 1.99 years old is allowed over the maximum room capacity.
