Hotelul este linistit, piscina ok.

Locaia nu corespunde descrierii. De fapt nu se vede marea din cauza altor hoteluri mult mai inalte. Cei 200 m pana la plaja inseamna o serpentina cu multe scari destul de neingrijite. Nu exista plaja...doar un dig si ceva nisip dincolo de sosea......in camera nu functioneaza internetul, la receptie nu s-a rezolvat nimic.

Super atmosfera, de familie. Super peisaj. Personal foarte prietenos. Majoritatea angajatilor cunosc limba romana la nivel de servire si informatii, deci este usor de comunicat chiar daca nu esti vorbitor de limba engleza sau bulgara. Piscina este foarte spatioasa si potrivita atat pentru innotatori cat si pentru cei ce nu stiu a innota. apa potrivita la temperatura. Priveliste direct catre mare. Stai in piscina si privesti Marea. Coborarea catre mare se face pe scari de piatra care dupa primele 2 ture par mult mai putine decat la inceput. Mancarea de asemenea a fost foarte buna. Ciorbele sunt mai mult supe, nu sunt acrite cu nimic, dar cu putin otet sunt geniale. as sugera o diversificare a meniului la micul dejun, dar chiar si asa am mancat pe saturate la fiecare masa.

Desi am ajuns mai repede, check in-ul s-a facut atunci, nu a trebuit sa asteptam pana la ora 14:00, camera decenta, curatenie zilnica, personal foarte amabil si prietenos

Mancarea nu este chiar un punct forte, multe feluri scaldate in ulei, tocane si tocaturi la greu (la felul 2). alt aspect relativ negativ: internetul wifi. Pt ca retelele bulgare de date ne asigurau o viteza mult inferioara celor din Romania, ne-am consolat cu gandul ca ne va ajuta reteaua wifi a hotelului, dar routerele sunt slabute si au arie de acoperire mica.

am fost cazati la acest hotel in august ... Nu suntem pretentiosi ceea ce a facut ca zilele petrecute aici sa ne faca sa revenim. Personal amabil, curatenie , mancare diversificata( in fiecare zi aparea cel putin un sortiment nou de mancare), piscina curata, ... ce sa mai spun a fost superb! Singura problema era mersul pe plaja... desi nu era departe , cam 3 min. de coborat, adica undeva la 130scari( cel mai greu urcarea)...insa a meritat ! atat eu, sotul dar si copilul ne dorim sa revenim!

Hotelul este format din 4 corpuri . Corpul D , cel cu vedere la piscina si mare este cel mai bine amplasat. Meniurile nu sunt extrem de variate , insa mancarea este foarte bine pregatita , gustoasa si in fiecare zi diversificata. Piscina este foarte curata, iar sezlongurile sunt suficiente pentru nr.mic de turisti cazati.

Ca si panorama este frumos amplasat ,insa sunt foarte multe trepte de coborat si urcat pana la faleza.

Ospitalitatea personalului, piscina foarte curata, zona (chiar langa Gradina Botanica), linitea staiunii. Wifi la piscina, restaurant cu semnal foarte bun. Peisajul de la piscina este superb.

Camerele mici, mobilierul nu este cel mai nou, iar curaenia nu pot spune ca a fost facuta (cearceaf patat , cu gauri, baie mica si cu un miros destul de puternic de canalizare). Daca cineva merge doar pentru plaja, pot spune doar atat in Balcik exista o singura plaja mare (la 30 min de hotel-mers pe jos), jos la mare (dupa ce se coboara treptele- noaptea sunt luminate) sunt 3 mini plaje, care nu sunt chiar rele (unele au intrarea in apa cu pietre) dar daca nu vrei haos i galagie sunt ok pentru 2-3 ore de plaja. Gustarile nu sunt chiar gustari (paine dulce si cateva fursecuri), exista un singur bar (cel de la piscina) si in timpul meselor se serveasc cateva bauturi si la restaurant.

-amplasamentul complexului(chiar langa gradina botanica),piscina foarte frumoasa si curata ,amabilitatea personalului.Raportat la pretul platit a fost un sejur Ok.

-cazarea este de maxim 2 stele,mobilier cam dezmembrat,tv mic numai cu posturi bulgaresti,miros foarte neplacut in baie,aleile din incinta complexului si scarile catre plaja jalnice(seara este necesara o lanterna ,este bezna totala).Mancarea este foarte uleioasa,micii si chiftelele lor necomestibile insa nu se moare de foame,bauturile de la bar de provenienta indoielnica.

Daca esti student fara prea mari pretentii, poti merge la ahilea. Piscina se curata zilnic. Iar barmanul super de treaba.

acelasi fel de mancare era servit in fiecare zi, paturile din camera, nu erau paturi, ci doua saltele puse una peste alta (confortabile ce-i drept) In cele 7 zile cat am stat nu au fost schimbate niciodata lenjeria sau prosoapele!

In general a fost bine,avand in vedere ca am stat o perioada mica(4 zile).

Nu cerd ca a fost corect sa platesc parcare pentru autoturismul personal in conditiile in care am parcat -o in curtea hotelului.Ulterior am aflat ca as fi putut sa nu recunosc faptul ca am venit cu masina personala.asa au facut multi turisti care nu au fost taxati cu 5 leva pe zi.De altfel ,nu a existat niciun con trol si trebuia sa-mi gasesc loc de parcare pe langa cei care nu platisera si parcau oriunde doreau.
