Location: Situated in the heart of Balchik, the newly renovated Spa & Wellness Hotel Elit is located in the very center of the resort area the Palace, overlooking the Botanical Garden. The Palace of the Romanian Queen Maria is approx. 150 m of them and about 1000 m from the center of Balchik.
Beach: Sandy, 600 meters away from the hotel. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access.
Accommodation: Spa Hotel Elite offers 54 extremely spacious rooms, elegantly furnished and 6 apartments. The hotel is on 3 floors and has an elevator.

DBL 2+1: Approximate area 35 sq.m. The rooms are furnished with two single beds or one double bed. All extra beds are camp bed. All rooms have air conditioning, cable TV, mini bar (free of charge), bathroom with bathtub, balcony, plasma TV. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
1-BR APP 2+1 / 2+2: Approximate area 70 sq.m. They have a separate bedroom and living room, without kitchenette. The apartment has a large double bed and a sofa bed, air conditioning, cable TV, mini bar (free of charge), bathroom with bathtub, balcony, plasma TV. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.
Pets are allowed with a passport and vaccinations in the rooms and upon prior confirmation from the hotel. One pet per room is allowed for free; each additional pet is charged 15 EUR / 29.34 BGN per night!
