Location: The ASPA VILA hotel complex is located in Banya village – a balneological center situated in the central part of the Razlog valley, enclosed between the three major Bulgarian mountains – Pirin, Rila, and the Rhodopes. It is located 5 km. from
Bansko, 4 km. from Razlog, and 160 km from Sofia.
It is built at the foot of a pine forest, near a mineral water spring.
Accommodation: Completely renovated in 2018, Aspa Vila hotel offers its guests accommodation in: 18 double rooms without a balcony, 19 double rooms with a balcony, 4 one-bedroom apartments. A total of 41 rooms.
*During the winter months, the hotel is heated by central heating. The five-story building is served by one elevator.

1-BR APP 2+1: Approximate area of 70 sq. m. The one-bedroom apartments consist of two adjoining units without a door between them, one of which is a bedroom with a double bed and the other a living room with a sofa bed, and feature a seating area, desk,
TV with cable channels, air conditioning, refrigerator, wireless internet access, and a large terrace overlooking the pine forest. There is one bathroom, hairdryer, bathrobes, and toiletries. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
*It is allowed to accommodate one baby over the maximum occupancy of the room.
A baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.
The hotel and its surrounding infrastructure are accessible for disabled people. The hotel has one adapted double room without a balcony.
