Location: Hotel Sun City is situated in a quiet and tranquil region in the northwest part of Sunny Beach, 1 kilometer away from the resort’s centre and near a stop for buses, travelling to Nessebar and St. Vlas.
Beach: sandy, 300 meters away.The sea floor is flat with smooth access.
Accommodation: Sun City Hotel Complex consists of two separate four-storey buildings and one three-storey building, creating the atmosphere of a cozy holiday village with a private yard, shaped like a small park with a beautiful landscaped garden, a relax corner and a playground. The hotel was built in 2004, has no elevators in any of the buildings, was renovated in 2017 for the last time and offers accommodation in 103 comfortably furnished double and triple rooms, in 3 one-bedroom apartments and in 8 two-bedroom apartments. There is a balcony in all accommodation premises.

DBL 2+1: Approximately 21 square meters. The double rooms have two single beds, one extra bed, an air-conditioner, a TV with cable channels, Wi-Fi internet access, a fridge, a telephone, a bathroom with a shower cabin and a toilet and a balcony, revealing a view to the pool. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
TRPL 3+0: Approximately 21 square meters. The triple rooms have three single beds, or one double bed and one single bed and a sofa bed, an air-conditioner, a TV with cable channels, Wi-Fi internet access, a fridge, a telephone, a bathroom with a shower cabin and a toilet and a balcony, revealing a view to the pool. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults + 1 child.
APARTMENT 2+2/3+1: Approximately 50 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with one double or two single beds, a living room with an extendable couch or two extendable sofas, a bathroom with a shower cabin and a toilet and two balconies and have an air-conditioner, big LCD TVs, Wi-Fi internet access, a fridge and a telephone. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults + 1 child or 4 adults.
APARTMENT 4+2: Approximately 70 square meters. The two-bedroom apartments consist of two bedrooms with one double or two single beds in each, a living room with an extendable couch, two bathrooms with a shower cabin and a toilet in each and two balconies, revealing a view to the pool and have an air-conditioner, LCD TVs with cable channels, Wi-Fi internet access, a fridge and a telephone. The bedrooms and the living room are separated by doors. The maximum occupancy is 5 adults + 1 child or 6 adults.

Baby cot is available upon prior request and against extra payment of 5 BGN per day.
The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are not accessible for people with disabilities. The hotel does not have premises, adjusted for accommodating people with disabilities.
About the hotel: At guests’ disposal there are a main restaurant, a pool bar, a terrace bar, an outdoor pool with umbrellas and sunbeds, a kids’ pool, a kids’ playground, parking, and Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel.
