Location: It is located in in the southern part of sunny beach, 2 km from the center of the resort.
Beach: 200 m., sandy. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access. The beach is a winner of the "Blue Flag" award.
Accommodation: The hotel was built in 2006 and the last renovation is in 2019. Vechna R Resort is 5-storey building with 3 lifts, 35 studios, 19 one-bedroom apartments, 7 maisonettes.

STUDIO 2+1/2+2: Approximate area 20-30 m2. One room, which includes equipped kitchenette (without oven), microwave, kettle, air-conditioning, cable TV, a separate corner with sofa and a coffee table, a wardrobe, floor coverage – parquet, terracotta, a bathroom with a shower. There is a balcony with furniture. There are 2 separate beds or king size bed and extra bed – extensible sofa. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children.
1-BR APP 2+2/3+1: Approximate area 60 m2. There are 2 rooms with a door between, two separate regular beds in the dining room and 2 regular beds in the bedroom, equipped kitchenette (without oven), microwave, kettle,  air-conditioning, cable TV, floor coverage – parquet, terracotta, a bathroom with a shower. There is a balcony with furniture. Maximum occupancy 4 adults.
MAISONETTE 3+2: Approximate area is 90 m2. There are three rooms which include a living room with extendable sofa on the first floor, two separate bedrooms on the second floor, 2 bathrooms, air-conditioners in each room, equipped kitchenette (without oven), microwave, kettle, cable TV, floor coverage – parquet, terracotta. There is a balcony, furniture of the balcony. Maximum occupancy 4 adults and 1 child.
*It is allowed to accommodate one baby up to 1.99 y.o. over the maximum occupancy of the room.

Baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.
Pets are not allowed.
The hotel does not have rooms adapted for people with disabilities.
