Location: Iceberg Hotel is located 500 m from the center of the resort, just 200 meters from the Gondola lift. Distance to the chair lift – 500 m.
Accommodation: The four-star hotel opened its doors in 2009. Last reconstruction in 2024. The 8-story hotel building is served by 2 elevators and offers accommodation in 31 double rooms, 18 two-bedroom apartments and 9 triple rooms. Most of the rooms
and apartments also have terraces. During the winter months, the hotel is centrally heated.
DOUBLE ROOM 2+1: Approximate area of 25 m2. Double rooms have one double or two single beds. All rooms are furnished in a modern style and are equipped with TV with cable channels, fridge, internet access, telephone and bathroom with shower, toilet and
hair dryer. Maximum accommodation of 2 adults and 1 child up to 6.99 years.
TRIPLE ROOM 3+0: Approximate area of 30 m2. Triple rooms are comfortable and spacious rooms with a bedroom and a single bed or with three separate beds. All rooms are furnished in a modern style and are equipped with TV with cable channels, fridge, internet
access, telephone and bathroom with shower, toilet and hair dryer. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
2-BEDROOM APARTMENT 4+1: Approximate area of 60 m2. The apartments are one bedroom, consist of two rooms: one bedroom with a double bed and the other two single beds and a sofa bed, there is only one bathroom. The bedroom and living room are separated
by a door. All rooms are furnished in a modern style and are equipped with TV with cable channels, fridge, internet access, telephone and bathroom with shower, toilet and hair dryer. Maximum occupancy 4 adults with 1 child.
*It is not allowed to accommodate a baby over the maximum capacity of the rooms.
A baby cot is provided free of charge, upon prior request.
The hotel does not have adapted rooms for people with disabilities.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee – 40 BGN/20.45 EUR/for the whole stay.
About the hotel: Main restaurant with a capacity of 100 seats and terrace, Lobby bar with fireplace and glass floor, night bar on Saturday. Equipped conference hall with a capacity of 80 seats.
Sport and SPA: Hotel Iceberg has an indoor pool with a bar, sauna, gym, massages (paid). The hotel has a ski locker for your own ski equipment for a fee.
