Location: Thracian Cliffs Golf and Beach Resort is situated on the seashore of the northern Black Sea coast, between Kavarna and Balchik and is a luxurious village on a total area of 145 hectares, with a southern exposure and in a close proximity to the golf course.
Beach: two beaches on the territory of the resort

Accommodation: Thracian Cliffs Golf and Beach Resort consists of two tranquil resort villages with enough greenery, within walking distance of each other, divided by a lake between them – Hillside Village and Marina Village. Hillside Village is situated on 350 meters above the sea and offers accommodation in a total of 87 premises, from which studios, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom apartments. Their location in a crescent shape surrounds the three Infinity pools. Marina Village is on the rocky peak and offers accommodation in a total of 64 premises, from which one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom apartments in a traditional Bulgarian style, revealing splendid views to the golf course, to the lake or to the sea. Both of the three-storey buildings dispose of one elevator in each.

STUDIO 2+0: Approximately 48 – 72 square meters. The studios are one common unit with one double or two single beds, a kitchenette, a mini bar, a coffee machine, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet and a balcony. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults.

APP 2+1: Approximately 71 – 145 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with one double or two single beds, a living room with a single extendable couch, a kitchenette, a mini bar and a coffee machine, a bathroom with a bathtub or a shower and a toilet, a separate toilet and a balcony. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 1 child.

APP 4+1: Approximately 87 – 146 square meters. The two-bedroom apartments consists of two bedrooms with one double or two single beds in each, a living room with a single extendable couch, a kitchenette, a mini bar and a coffee machine, two bathrooms with a bathtub or a shower and a toilet, a separate toilet and a balcony. The bedrooms and the living room are separated by doors. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults with 1 child.

APP 6+0: Approximately 171 – 197 square meters. The three-bedroom apartments consists of three bedrooms with one double or two single beds in each, a living room with a single extendable couch, a kitchenette, a mini bar and a coffee machine, three bathrooms with a bathtub or a shower and a toilet, a separate toilet and a balcony. The bedrooms and the living room are separated by doors. The maximum occupancy is 6 adults.

Baby cot is available free of charge and upon prior request.
The resort and its adjoining infrastructure are not accessible for people in wheelchairs. The resort does not have premises, adjusted for accommodating people with mobility difficulties.
Accommodation with pets is not allowed.

On the territory of the resort there are two fabulous beaches, each of which has its own restaurant and cozy cabins. The main beach, Bendida, is designed in an elegant Moroccan style and offers a variety of entertainment options. The smaller and calmer beach, Argata, is accessible to both homeowners and guests of the resort and impresses with its natural beauty. Umbrellas and sunbeds on both beaches are available at an additional cost on site.

Sports and SPA: Thracian Cliffs Golf and Beach Resort feature an 18-hole Signature class golf course, designed by legend Gary Player. Surrounded by jagged coastal cliffs and the endless blue of the sea, it is one of the most exciting golf courses on earth. In Pro Shop you can find the full range of services and equipment for this sport. Furthermore, at guests’ disposal there are three Infinity pools – two in Hillside Village and one in Marina Village. Located on a total area of ​​460 square meters and with a wide range of styles (Moroccan, Oriental, Bulgarian) Thracian SPA & Fitness, on the other hand, offers relaxation areas, massages, facials, manicures and special rooms for wet treatments. In the SPA centre there is also a fitness area with modern equipment, suitable for various types of workouts.
