Location: Guest House Anex is located in the heart of the winter resort – Bansko, situated 5 minutes from the center of Bansko and 450m from the ski lift. Built in 2006, the nearest airport is Sofia, 169km from the hotel. It combines the advantages of
a small family hotel and the tranquility of a guest house.
Accommodation: The hotel offers accommodation in 11 rooms, including 8 double rooms and 2 triple rooms – spread over 3 floors, without an elevator. The rooms are cozily furnished and offer views either of the mountains or the city.The triple rooms have
a balcony, but the double rooms – don’t. Heating is central.
DBL 2+1: Approx. 25 sq.m. The room is furnished with one double bed or two twin beds, as well as an extra bed. The view is to the city or the mountain. All rooms have central heating, cable TV and free WIFI access, electric kettle, bathroom with shower.
Toiletries provided – liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel. The floor is carpeted. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.
TRP 3+0: Approx. 30 sq.m. The room is furnished with one double and one single bed and an extendable armchair. In the triple rooms there is a connecting door. The view is to the city or partially to the garden. All triple rooms have a balcony, central
heating, cable TV and free WIFI access, electric kettle, two bathrooms with shower. Toiletries provided – liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel. The floor is carpeted. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
A baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.
The Hotel doesn’t have adapted rooms for people with disability.
Pets up to 3 kg are allowed upon prior request and at an extra charge of 10 EUR / 19.55 BGN per day.
About the hotel: Guest House Anex is a year-round family hotel located 2 km from the “Holy Virgin Mary” Church. Reception service is available until 23:00, with late check-in after 23:00 possible by exception. Nearby there are shops, a pharmacy, restaurants,
as well as children’s attractions.At the reception, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are available upon request.
