Location: Guest House Anex is located in the heart of the winter resort – Bansko, situated 5 minutes from the center of Bansko and 500m from the ski lift. Built in 2008, the nearest airport is Sofia, 169km from the hotel. It combines the advantages of a small family hotel and the tranquility of a guest house.
Accommodation: The hotel offers accommodation in 13 rooms, including 9 double rooms, 2 family rooms, and 2 triple rooms – spread over 3 floors, without an elevator. The rooms are cozily furnished and offer views either of the mountains or the city. All rooms have a balcony, and some have a connecting door. Heating is central.

DBL 2+1: Approximately 25 sq.m. The room is furnished with one double bed or two twin beds, as well as a pull-out bed. The view is of the city or the mountains. All rooms feature central air conditioning, a balcony, a TV, satellite/cable TV, free Wi-Fi access, an electric kettle, a minibar stocked with biscuits and tea. 1 bathroom with a shower. Toiletries are provided. The flooring is carpeted. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.
TRP 3+0: Approximately 30 sq.m. The room is furnished with one double bed, one single bed, and a pull-out armchair. The triple rooms have a connecting door. The view is of the city or partially of the garden. All triple rooms feature central heating, a balcony, a TV, satellite/cable TV, free Wi-Fi access, an electric kettle, and a minibar stocked with biscuits and tea. 2 bathrooms with showers. Toiletries are provided. The flooring is carpeted. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults.

A baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.
The Hotel doesn’t have adapted rooms for people with disability.
Accommodation with pets up to 3 kg is allowed upon prior request and for a fee of 20 BGN per day. Pets over 3 kg are not allowed.

About the hotel: Guest House Aspen is a year round family hotel located 2 km from the "Sveta Bogoroditsa" Church. Reception service is available until 23:00, but exceptions can be made for check-ins after 23:00. Nearby, there are shops, pharmacies, restaurants, and children's attractions.
At the reception, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are available upon request.
