mancarea ok, holul hotelului e generos si ofera pisibilitstea copiilor sa sa desfasoara sub supravegherea parintilor

-chiuvetele din mai multe camera nu se scurg eficient si ramane murdarie, piscina era murdara deoarece apa nu a fost schimbata de mult timp, toti copii din grupul nostru 7 la numar au facut conjunctivita iar cei de la ne-au ignorat complet cand le-am spus, mobila din camere are 15 ani si e de multe ori deteriorata, hotelul are aspect invechit

Hotelul arata foarte bine, pozitionare perfecta foarte aproape de Gondola. camerele sunt foarte mari si curate, receptia si lobby sunt superbe, avand un semineu foarte mare cu lemne de foc. Restaurantul este mare si cu mamcare diversificata, avand un mare MINUS la mancarea gatita care este rece ( nu incalzesc vitrina) .

Neplacerile au inceput din momentul in care am decis sa fac rezervarea sejurului la Direct Booking. am solicitat i am platit apartament ONE BEDROOM pentru doua persoane mature. Relaia cu inflexibila angajata Mihaela David m-a lasat cu un gust amar in comparatie cu ceilalti angajati ai Direct Booking cu care colaborasem pana la ea. Parca vrand sa intareasca experiena neplacuta avuta la rezervare, la sosirea noastra la hotel, recepionera ne-a pus la dispoziie un "apartament" pentru 4 sau 6 persoane: o canapea extensibila in sufragerie, de unde se urca pe o scara abrupta la etaj unde sunt doua paturi de o persoana i in dormitor inca un pat dublu. am refuzat i am solicitat ce am platit adica un apartament cu un dormitor in care sa fie un pat dublu sau doua paturi de o persoana. Culmea era ca o familie venita prin Direct Booking, compusa din doi aduli i doi copii avea repartizat un apartament mai mic. Deci, nici o logica in comunicarea dintre Direct Booking i hotel. Iniial ni s-a spus sa dormim aa, sau pe canapea in holul hotelului pana a doua zi cand se vor mai elibera camere. a fost nevoie sa discutam la recepie pe aceasta tema peste o ora. De sunat la Direct Booking, cealalta familie m-a linitit sa nu incerc pentru ca au facut-o fara succes. De la recepie ni s-a spus ca Direct Booking nu a facut rezervarile corespunzatoare. Intr-un final, s-au saturat de discutat i au schimbat camerele la ambele familii. Deci atenie la cine va face rezervarea pentru ca putei avea surprize.

In ceea ce priveste transportul catre gondola, soferul este total neserios in trei randuri la plecare nu a respectat programul afisat iar la preluare de la gondola nu a mai facut ultima cursa de la ora 16.40. am ajuns in parcare la ora 16.30 si plecase cursa respectiva si mai trebuia sa aiba o cursa la ora 16.40. am asteptat ca prostii pana la ora 16.50 (20 min) si nu a mai venit dupa care am fost nevoiti sa parcurgem distanta pana la hotel cu clapari in picioare si schiurile in spate. I-as da un 3 cu indulgenta.

Staiunea este la fel ca in alti ani, cu mult peste ce ne poate oferi Romania cu toti muntii care-i avem.

M-am cazat la acelasi hotel in ultimii ani. Nimic schimbat in bine. apartamentul 409 cu una din bai a carei pardoseala din constructie era plina de apa dupa fiecare dus. Solutia gasita de personal a fost o galeata cu mop. Cu siguranta nenumaratii turisti care au locuit in acest apartament de la darea in folosina a hotelului au reclamat acelasi aspect. Nu s-a sinchisit nimeni sa rezolve prostia constructorului. Mobilierul invechit. Mancarea multa si diversa. Spre deosebire de alti ani, dintr-un grup de 9 persoane, 4 au avut probleme digestive in zile diferite. Nu am putut depista alimentele cu pricina. 4 stele in nici un caz. 3 stele mai corect.

Lobby-ul este interesant, relaxant. Centrul de inchirieri la subsolul hotelului.

Mobilierul din camere deteriorat. Camerele au kitchinete dar plitele nu functioneaza. In unele camere intra vantul pe la geamuri. Fata de alte hoteluri din Bansko, mancarea nu este deloc de 4 stele;foarte slab calitativ. De asemenea, parcarea este mica, in comparatie cu capacitatea hotelului. In multe zile din sejur am parcat masina pe strada.

Locatie aproape de skilift, mic dejun si cina tip bufet suedez pt toate gusturile. Posibilitatea de a-ti lua skipass direct de la hotel ca sa eviti cozile de la gondola.

- personalul hotelului nu vorbeste limba engleza deloc - chiar daca in camera era un mesaj din partea hotelului ca pt cina de revelion platita sa vb cu managerul restaurantului pt a-ti rezerva masa, distributia era facuta deja de catre hotel in functie de operatorul de turism. astfel, dupa ce am vb cu managerul si ne-a aratat masa pe care o vom avea, in noaptea de revelion ne-am trezit ca am fost pusi la o alta masa amenajata special in fata unui MaaaRE zid deoarece la masa noastra au fost asezati alti romani care au dat din coate ca sa ne ia masa, dupa ce au vb cu managerul. Chiar daca am semnalat acest aspect managerului hotelului, acesta a dat vina pe turisti si a ridicat din coate spunandu-ne ca nu are ce sa faca in acel moment. - in noaptea de revelion la ora 2.30, ne-au dat afara din restaurant la propriu, chiar daca mai erau persoane care se mai distrau - chiar daca la receptie era un mesaj din partea hotelului ca pe data de 1 micul dejun tine pana la 11.30; la ora 11 au strans toata mancarea. Dupa ce ne-am dus mai multe persoane la receptie sa semnalam acest aspect, au inceput sa aduca mancarea inapoi

- primire neprietenoasa ( probabil pentru faptul ca suntem romani ) refuza comunicarea in limba engleza si bolborosesc in bulgara pe un ton agresiv, fapt ce ma irita destul de tare avand in vedere faptul ca nu e prima data cand vin in acest hotel! - se cere tips cu promisiunea ca te ajuta sa obtii o camera foarte buna ulterior uitand ce au promis! - lipsa cabinei de dus creeaza un disconfort ( de cate ori intru in baie ma ud pe picioare , baia nu poate fi utilizata pret de cateva ore dupa un dus! ( derdelus ) - am primit o camera destul de mica! - Nume receptioner : VIKtOR Nota 4!

amplasare buna, atmosfera placuta in Lobby-ul hotelului, camere / studio-uri foarte mari (chiar prea mari). Mancarea este foarte variata si foarte gustoasa.

Este neaparat nevoie de o CaMERa PENtRU SKIURI SI CLaPaRI, cu Rastel incalzit pentru clapari, peste noapte. Nu exista asa ceva, care in alte tari reprezinta ceva la ordinea zilei. Personalul este foarte slab. am intalnit RECEPtIONERa care nu stia un cuvant in Engleza. Nu ne puteam intelege cu ea. Chelnerii sunt mai mereu pe fuga, grabiti, pentru ca sunt foarte putini. a NU SE REPaRa SKIURI la centrul de reparatii si inchirieri de la hotel. Cel care se ocupa cu treaba asta este total neprofesionist.

Location: MPM Hotel Guinness is strategically located approx. 450 meters from the gondola lift station in Bansko. The center of Bansko is approx. 5-10 minutes walking distance away.
Accommodation: The hotel is a five-story building. MPM Guinness was built in 2008 and last renovated in 2016. It has two elevators and offers accommodation in 110 units. Heating and hot water are central. Carpet floor cover.
Towels are changed every 3 days. Bed linen is changed every 3 days.
*The kitchenettes in the rooms are not functional!

STUDIO 2+1: Approximately 35 sq. m. Most rooms do not have a balcony! The studios consist of one large room with a double bed or two single beds, and an extra bed is a pull-out armchair. The rooms have central heating, telephone, TV, Wi-Fi, minibar, and electric kettle. Private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toiletries, and bathrobes. Complimentary single refil of coffee or tea at arrival. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.
1-BEDROOM APARTMENT 2+1/2+2: Approximately 50 sq. m. Not all apartments have a balcony, but most of them have. The units include a bedroom, living room, and bathroom with shower. There are two single beds separated or connected as a double bed. The extra bed is a sofa bed. There is a door between the bedroom and the living room. The rooms have central heating, telephone, TV, Wi-Fi, mini bar, electric kettle. A hairdryer, toiletries, and bathrobes are available for guests. Complimentary single refil of coffee or tea at arrival. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults with 1 child or 4 adults. Min. capacity: 2+0.
2-BEDROOM APARTMENT 4+2: approximately 75 sq. m. They have a balcony. The two-bedroom apartments have a view of the mountains or the city. They have two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds, which can be separated or joined together. The extra bed is a sofa bed. The bedrooms and living room are separated by doors. The rooms have central heating, telephone, TV, Wi-Fi, minibar, and electric kettle. A hairdryer, toiletries, and bathrobes are also available for guests. Complimentary single refil of coffee or tea at arrival. Min. capacity: 2+2. The maximum capacity is 6 adults.

*Babies are included in the maximum capacity of the rooms.

A baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.
The hotel is suitable for disabled. The hotel has one semi-adapted apartment-type room located on the ground floor, equipped with toilet seat supports.
