Accommodation: Built in 2007, last renovated in 2025, the hotel has 5 floors without an elevator and 12 units: 5 double rooms (studio type), 4 one-bedroom apartments, and 3 two-bedroom apartments.

STUDIO 2+1: Approx. area of 20 - 22 sq.m. The studios feature one double bed or two single beds. Several studios have one additional bed (sofa bed). Each unit offers a kitchenette equipped with hobs, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, kitchenware, individual heating, bathroom with shower cabin or bathtub, cable TV, telephone. Flooring – parquet. The studios have no balcony. Maximum occupancy 3 adults.
1-BR APP 2+1 / 1-BR APP 2+2: Approx. area of 45 sq.m. The one-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed (120x200), and a balcony/terrace. Some apartments feature a fireplace (fireplace use is against extra charge). The apartments also feature a kitchenette equipped with hobs, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, kitchenware, individual heating, bathroom with shower cabin and bathtub, cable TV, telephone. Flooring – parquet. The bedroom and living room are separated by a door. Maximum occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
2-BR APP 4+1 / 2-BR APP 4+1 GROUND FLOOR: Consist of 3 rooms with 2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds. 4 regular beds and one extra bed, a living room with a sofa bed (80x180). The apartments offer a kitchenette equipped with hobs, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, kitchenware, individual heating, bathroom with shower cabin and bathtub, cable TV, telephone. Flooring – parquet. The bedroom and living room are separated by a door. Maximum occupancy of 5 adults or 4 adults and 1 child.
* Accommodation of 1 baby above the maximum capacity of the unit is allowed.

Baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.
The hotel and its infrastructure are not accessible for guests with mobility difficulties.
