Location: Hotel Orphey is located in the center of Bansko, about 200 meters from the old town and 1.7 kilometers from the first station of the ski lift.
Accommodation: Built in 2004, renovated in 2018, the hotel is serviced by two elevators and offers accommodation in 25 standard double rooms, 18 luxury double rooms, 11 family rooms, 8 junior suites, and 8 luxury suites.

DBL 2+1: Approximately 25 sq.m. Standard double rooms have one double or two single beds and a pull-out armchair. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The double rooms have a hairdryer, telephone, refrigerator, air conditioning, television, balcony, and safe. The maximum capacity is 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
DBL 2+1/2+2 LUX: Approximately 35 sq.m. Luxury double rooms have one double or two single beds and a pull-out sofa. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Amenities include a hairdryer, telephone, refrigerator, air conditioning, television, balcony, and safe. The maximum capacity is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
FAM 2+1/2+2: Approximately 35 sq.m.-45 sq.m. Family rooms consist of two rooms, separated by sliding doors, with a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with two pull-out armchairs. Amenities include a hairdryer, telephone, refrigerator, air conditioning, television, balcony, and safe. The maximum capacity is 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults.
SUITE 2+3/3+2/4+0: Approximately 47 sq.m. - 54 sq.m. Suites consist of two rooms, separated by sliding doors, with a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a pull-out sofa and pull-out armchair, and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. Amenities include a hairdryer, telephone, refrigerator, air conditioning, television, balcony, and safe. The maximum capacity is 4 adults.
SUITE 2+3/3+2/4+0 LUX: Approximately 54 sq.m. - 57 sq.m. Luxury suites consist of two separate rooms, divided by a door – a bedroom with one double bed, two pull-out armchairs, a living room with a pull-out sofa and fireplace, corridor, bathroom with bathtub, two sinks, shower cabin, and hydromassage bathtub, separate toilet. Amenities include a hairdryer, telephone, refrigerator, air conditioning, television, balcony, and safe. The maximum capacity is 2 adults and 3 children or 4 adults.

Baby cot is available free of charge and upon prior request.
Accommodation with pets is allowed with extra charge 15BGN till 5 kg.
The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are accessible for people with disabilities. The hotel has one premise, adjusted for accommodating people with disabilities.

About the hotel: Hotel Orphey has a main restaurant with a garden and a capacity of around 90 seats and a summer garden with 50 seats, an ethnic restaurant with a wine cellar with a capacity of around 130 seats, and a lobby bar with 50 seats. There is an internet center and three fully equipped conference rooms – Vihren Hall with a capacity of 100 seats, Vasilak Hall with a capacity of 30-50 seats, and Todorka Hall with a capacity of 30-40 seats. Next to the lobby bar, there is a children's room suitable for children from 3 to 8 years old.
Sports and SPA: The SPA centre of Hotel Orphey is equipped with an indoor heated pool with a temperature of about 30°C and a children's section, jacuzzi, steam bath, Finnish sauna, BIO sauna, laconium, relaxation area, and fitness. There are also billiards, electronic games, and table tennis available.

**MANDATORY New Year's Eve buffet dinner at the "Ethno" restaurant with live performances and a DJ party - starts at 20:00 .
Served on the tables: Traditional Bulgarian banitsa with fortunes, White/black bread roll, Platter with assorted delicatessen meats and cheeses, Assorted nuts, Fruit platter
Beverage package: Rakia – 100ml, Wine ½ bottle, a glass of champagne, 1 bottle of mineral water – 500ml, 1 soft drink.

*For children aged 0 to 3.99 years, the New Year's Eve menu is not mandatory. Without a menu, there will be no seat in the restaurant.
