Location: Vihren Royal Palace is located just 80 meters from the starting station of the ski lift in Bansko and 10 minutes from the city center.
Accommodation: The hotel was built in 2008. Vihren Royal Palace includes two buildings /Residence and Palace/ with a warm connection between them. The reception, restaurant, and spa area are located in the main building - Palace. 4 floors with 4 elevators. DBL and FAM rooms are located in Residence building, 1-BR APP/MAISONETTE are in Residence and Palace and STUDIO and 2-BR APP/MAISONETTE are in Palace building. Not every room has central heating - 80% of the rooms have electric radiators. Cooking is not allowed in the rooms.

DBL 2+0: Approximate area about 20 sq. m. The double rooms are completely renovated and furnished with a double bed, a seating area, a bathroom with a shower cabin or a bathtub, a hairdryer, a TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator. Some rooms have a terrace. Maximum occupancy 2 adults.
FAM 2+1: Approximate area about 25 sq. m. The family rooms are completely renovated and furnished with a double bed or two separate beds, a seating area with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower cabin or a bathtub, a hairdryer, a TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator. Some rooms have a terrace. Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
STUDIO 2+1: Approx. 30 m2. Standard studios are furnished with one double bed or two separate bed and sofa bed, bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryer, TV with satellite channels, telephone, safe and balcony. Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 1 child.
1-BR APP/MAISONETTE 2+1: Approximate area of about 50 sq. m. The one-bedroom apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and a bedroom with one double or two single beds and have a bathroom with shower, satellite TV, telephone, mini fridge.  Accommodation can be in a one-bedroom maisonette, with the living room on the first floor and the bedroom on the second, have a bathroom with shower, TV with satellite channels, telephone, refrigerator. Maximum accommodation 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.
2-BR APP/MAISONETTE 2+2: Approximate area of about 60 sq. m. Two-bedroom apartments consist of two rooms, a bedroom and a second room with two separate beds and a living room, while maisonettes are one two-storey room, the first floor consists of one living room and the second - of two bedrooms separated by a door and have a bathroom with shower, TV with satellite channels, telephone, refrigerator. Maximum accommodation 4 adults.
It is allowed to accommodate one baby up to 1,99 y.o. over the maximum occupancy of the rooms.

A baby cot is provided free of charge and upon prior request.
Pets up to 5 kg are allowed for a fee of 15 euro/30 BGN/ per day. They are not allowed in some of the common areas.
The hotel does not have adapted rooms for people with disabilities.

The Aqua Lobby Bar is just 80 metres from the snow slopes. For the hotel's youngest guests, there is a children's play area full of toys, a variety of activities as well as fun, engaging and educational games. The children's play area is suitable for children up to 9 years of age
Sport and SPA: Hotel Vihren Royal Palace features a newly renovated SPA centre equipped with an indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, 2 Finish saunas, steam bath and gym. Massages and treatments with high quality cosmetics in the hotel's Relax Centre are entrusted to professionals and are at an extra charge.
