Location: Vihren Royal Palace is located just 80 meters from the starting station of the ski lift in Bansko and 10 minutes from the city center.
Accommodation: The hotel was built in 2008 and has a reception, restaurant, newly renovated SPA center, Lobby bar, garden and green areas. Vihren Royal Palace includes two buildings with a warm connection between them, 4 floors with 4 elevators and offers accommodation in studios, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom maisonettes and two-bedroom apartments. Not every room has central heating - 80% of the rooms have electric radiators. Cooking is not allowed in the rooms.

STUDIO 2+1: Approx. 35 m2. Standard studios are furnished with one double bed and extensible armchair, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, TV with satellite channels, telephone, safe, mini fridge and balcony. Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
1-BR APP 2+1: Approx. 46 m2. The one-bedroom apartments consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and a bedroom with one double or two single beds and have a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, TV with satellite channels, telephone, safe, mini fridge and balcony. Accommodation can be in a one-bedroom maisonette , with the living room on the first floor and the bedroom on the second. Maximum accommodation 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.
2-BR APP/MAISONETTE 4+1: Approx. 60 m2. Two-bedroom apartments consist of two rooms, a bedroom and a second room with two separate beds and a living room with a sofa bed, while maisonettes are on 2 floors, the first floor consists of one large living room with a sofa bed and the second -  two bedrooms separated by a door. Apartments dispose of a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, TV with satellite channels, telephone, safe, mini fridge and balcony. Maximum accommodation 4 adults with 1 child.

A baby cot is provided free of charge and upon prior request.
Pets up to 5 kg are allowed for a fee of 15 euro/30 BGN/ per day; they are not allowed in some of the common areas and must be carried in the other areas.
The hotel does not have adapted rooms  for people with disabilities.
About the Hotel: Vihren Royal Palace has an exquisite Symphony Restaurant, which offers high quality dishes of European cuisine, combined with precision and special attention, as well as excellent service and cozy atmosphere. The Aqua Lobby Bar is just 80 metres from the snow slopes. For the hotel's youngest guests, there is a children's play area full of toys, a variety of activities as well as fun, engaging and educational games. The children's play area is suitable for children up to 9 years of age
Sport and SPA: Hotel Vihren Royal Palace features a newly renovated SPA centre equipped with an indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, 2 Finish saunas, steam bath, Turkish bath and gym, billiards. Massages and treatments with high quality cosmetics in the hotel's Relax Centre are entrusted to professionals and are at an extra charge.
