Its location is a combination of calm and a great view to the National Park Pirin, very near the first station of the ski lift (300 m) and the ice skating rink (200 m), facts that make it suitable for ski sports, good rest and walks in the mountain.
Accommodation: The five storey hotel building is serviced by one elevator, built in 2008 and undergoing the last reconstruction in 2019. The hotel offers accommodation in 27 fully furnished and equipped studios and apartments. Heating is via electric heaters.

SGL STUDIO: Approximately 35 – 40 square meters, in total 3 studios. The studios dispose of one double or two single beds, an extendable sofa, a TV with cable channels, a telephone, Wi-Fi internet access, a kitchenette /a fridge, an electric kettle, utensils, a cutting board, a corkscrew/, a fridge, a bathroom with a shower cabin or a bathtub and a balcony. Maximum occupancy of 1 adult.
1-BR APP 2+1 / 2+2: Approximately 50 - 60 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments dispose of one bedroom with one double or two single beds, a living room with an extendable sofa, a TV, a telephone, Wi-Fi internet access, a kitchenette /a fridge, an electric kettle, utensils, a cutting board, a corkscrew/, a bathroom, with a shower cabin or a bathtub and a balcony. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults with 1 child or 4 adults.
2-BR APP 4+2: Approximately 75 square meters, in total 3 such premises. The two-bedroom apartments dispose of two bedrooms with one double or two single beds in each, a living room with an extendable sofa, a TV, a telephone, Wi-Fi internet access, a kitchenette /a fridge, an electric kettle, utensils, a cutting board, a corkscrew/, a bathroom with a shower cabin or a bathtub and a balcony. Maximum occupancy of 5 adults with 1 child or 6 adults.

Baby cot is free, upon prior request and upon availability.
Accommodation with pets is allowed against extra charge /10 BGN per day/ - one time.

* New Year`s Gala Dinner on 31.12 – Optional:
For guests who choose the (H&B) "Breakfast and Dinner", the hotel offers a standard buffet dinner or set menu (depending on the number of guests), from 18:00 to 20:00.
* Children up to 3.99 do not pay New Year's dinner, get a place in the restaurant, but not a portion.
