Location: Aparthotel Pirin Place is situated 100 meters away from the first station of the ski lift and one kilometer away from the resort’s centre. The amazing view, which can be observed from the hotel, makes it an exceptional attraction both during
the winter and during the summer.
Accommodation: Aparthotel Pirin Place is built in 2007 and undergoes a reconstruction for the last time in 2017. The five-storey hotel building is services by one elevator and offers accommodation in 3 studios, 4 one-bedroom apartments and 1 two-bedroom
apartment, equipped with internet access, a TV with satellite channels, a kitchenette with a fridge, an oven, stoves and a microwave, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a toilet and a hair dryer and a balcony. Both the heating and the warm water are central.
STUDIO 2+1: Approximately 50 square meters. The studios are on premise with one double bed, an extendable couch or a sofa, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
APP 2+2: Approximately 68 – 84 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with one double bed, a living room with an extendable couch and a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a
door. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults with 1 child.
APP 4+2: Approximately 97 square meters. The two-bedroom apartments consist of one bedroom with one double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a living room with an extendable couch and a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony. The bedrooms and
the living room are separated by doors. The maximum occupancy is 5 adults with 1 child.
Baby cot is available against extra payment of 3 EUR per day and upon prior request.
The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are not accessible for people in wheelchairs.
Accommodation with pets is allowed under certain conditions.
